I went to get a valentine day ice cream cake. Unfortunately they didn't make them at this location. I was offered a few suggestions of other products. I settled on the treatza pizza. It was very good and I enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and nit afraid to offer suggestions. Thank you for good service

If you DARE come here NEVER EVER get any kind of slushie. I have been here on 2 separate occasions now and both times I have been severely disappointed. Their slushies consist of 2 parts pure syrup and 1 part ice. ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL BEHAVIOUR! Not only that, but when I asked for it to be remade they claimed “this is how we always make it” with such confidence. It was quite astonishing, as I couldn’t imagine a customer asking for a drink to be remade, and they double down saying they always make their slushies with pure syrup pooled at the bottom.

it’s a little strange that when i use a coupon im not allowed to purchase anything else. like i understand that the drink isn’t included in the coupon, but why can’t i purchase a drink separately? dude said “i had to take your drink out of your order because it doesn’t come with the coupon” and then refused to re-add it for us to purchase. what?? the coupon by the way was for chicken strips for $9.99, it wasn’t a free meal, just a discount for chicken strips. so us not being allowed to purchase anything else on top of that is pretty ridiculous. mcdonald’s, burger king, and all other fast food will let you buy as much as you want and still use a coupon on one of your items - they don’t refuse to sell you something because you have a coupon. i’m just stunned at the stupidity of the staff tonight

Worst food experience ever. Super COLD burgers. The cheese didn't even melt the bacon as stiff as a board. Bad service and what was supposed to be a meal went to the garbage. We decided to give DQ a shot and absolutely NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely disgusting place, I worked there for a total of a week and have seen multiple health issue from requesting non latex gloves for days due to allergies , from the owners bad talking employees and being rude and agressive to managers stealing from the store to the 500 rodent traps everywhere because of infestation , along with that the smell of the sewer backing up into the sink area where dishes are washed is insane, ive watched customers leave becauae employees want to stand by the counter in a group and talk about how much weed they are going to smoke when they get home and f this and f that,

Unfortunately our blizzards had very minimal chunks of cookie dough. No joke I only had maybe 7 or 8 chunks. Very disappointing when you pay over 6$ for an ice cream. Not to mention the slushy was practically ice with minimal syrup.

Very unprofessional, the working hours on google and the sign in store says the store closes at 11:00 PM but when I arrived at 10:34 PM it was already closed. It would be great to have both updates so people do not drive all the way to see the store is closed.

Every time I go through the drive-thru I never get napkins with my order. I have to ask Everytime. I order the same thing most of the time and it's made different Everytime I go. Other Diary Queens they give you the spoon with the napkins first. I don't understand why this store doesn't. I actually stop going because of that.
It was lunch time and it wasn’t really busy but the staff were busy filling up the ice cream cakes and serving the drive thru as well there were staff serving customers in the dining room. From what I saw while waiting in line was a fine groups of kids that could multi task very well. Staff were assisting other staff as well as helping customers. Beth was our server and even after she served us I kept an eye on the staff working very well together. It was after we were done that I asked her name and told her of the great job her and others were doing as a team. Thanks Beth and her other team members.

Every single year I go to Dairy Queen for my children’s cakes and their cake lady never fails to bring the designs we give to life making it look so perfect!! This was my twins birthday cake and I gave her colours and cats and cows, and to make sure the cow and cat looked like they belonged together….she made it so perfect I couldn’t have asked for a better design!!!! ??
