I have no idea how they clear lines so fast, but they work fast! And blizzards are fire! Oreo fudge blizzard + cheesecake topping added is great! Edit: Service is still good and fast, and Mocha Moolattes are gas!

I got 2 blizzards tonight, and the choco brownie extreme one was not good at all. Barely anything in it and tasted just like vanilla ice cream. Pretty disappointed especially when I paid like $7 for it.

Its Dairy Queen. I mean the mere mention of the name brings back memories of excitement filled trips that were never far but seemed to take forever when you're 5 and waiting for ice-cream. Now I'm 45. Excitement level hasn't changed much and I pretty much make the same mess. I wouldn't have it any other way. Cheers.

I ordered a turtles blizzard with fudge and this is what I got. I paid for fudge and turtles… for $8 you would think it would look more like a blizzard. Lady at the window was very dismissive not even listening to us, I was trying to order 2 blizzards, in the middle of me ordering she says “ok come on up” and disappears for a solid minute. Super rude. I had to repeat myself 3 times.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Upon receiving my order, I politely pointed out that the Blizzard was missing chocolate chunks, I asked her to add some chocolate chunks and she denied Rather than acknowledging my concern or offering a solution, the drive-thru attendant responded with clear irritation and a rude, dismissive attitude. Her unprofessional tone made me feel disrespected and unwelcome — a response no customer should ever have to face.
This experience was truly disheartening, and I hope steps are taken to ensure better customer service moving forward.
Please put someone at the front cache who has enough grasp of the English language to know the difference between ketchup and lettuce. They tried twice to make my burger and screwed it up both times. Absolutely ridiculous!

So so so happy with the birthday cake we ordered we brought in a napkin with a logo on it and they said they could replicate it by drawing it on and we were happily surprised with how great it turned out it was exactly what we wanted even to the amount of antlers on the logo which represented the age of the birthday girl and it was all there. Very impressed!

I had searched for someone to do a cake for my daughter’s birthday. Obviously there’s many places but I didn’t wanna spend an absolute ton of money on it. Maeve was soooo accommodating and literally DREW the picture on the cake. Sooo impressed and cannot say enough positive things about her work.
