Stayed 2 nights first night service was great. 2nd night different staff what a change of experience rude would not allow me to step outside without an argument absolutely displeased they need a refresh course in customer satisfaction

The manager’s behavior is completely unacceptable. She talks to her staff with zero respect and acts like she’s running a dictatorship instead of a workplace. Yelling at employees in front of customers is unprofessional, embarrassing, and shows a total lack of leadership skills.
Shame on your Manager!! Stop this otherwise I will call police someday.

A while back went for breakfast at Denny's on Benson St. Ordered a Senior Omelette.. What a discusting mess or grilled onions, and other vegetables, in the middle of the plate, with a scrambled egg flopped over the pile. Whoever taught their chef/cook to make an omlette sure missed the mark.
