Stopped in for a late supper (9:30). The 55+ grilled chicken was moist and tasty; its side salad would have been plenty for a full meal; and the server allowed me to substitute the Premium fruit side for 2 regular ones. There was too much food to finish.

As a group that meets monthly, we returned to this Denny's as it is under new management. The facilities were set up for us as requested in a semi private area and we were able to have our meeting undisturbed. The servers were efficient and the manager made a point of addressing our group, this was well received by the attendees. The menu offerings at Denny's are more than sufficient for our attendees and the seniors discount is always appreciated. Food quality was exactly as expected with a wide range of choices. Prices were reasonable. We will be returning to this establishment again on a regular basis.

The whole staff at Denny's at Division rd in Kingston was amazing! Amie was helpful corteous and super friendly, as was everyone else. Within 10 minutes of receiving our breakfast, no less than 4 people had asked us if we needed more coffee, or water or anything else! Definitely a 7 STAR experience! Thank you Amie & everyone else! Great Canada Day spirit on display too!

Worst experience I ever had first off we didn’t wait to be seated our our waitress made sure to tell us that we should’ve waited to be seated. Then the other waitress because we had two service dogs. They’re both emotional support. Neither waitress appreciated our dogs. They were not loud. They were not noisy. They were minding their own business and then the other waitress came and said well your dogs in the way it might be stepped on or something like this, then the other waitress came over and because we were taking a long time to decide what we wanted to eat. She persisted to let us know that the other people that came in after us were ready to order so they will be served before us because they knew what they wanted, which I thought was rude. My son heard this and he said she was very rude. All we had ordered was a soft drink and iced tea. I’d never been treated like this at Denny’s before I don’t usually go at night. I usually go in the morning or early afternoon. I will never never go at night again at Denny’s nor will I go in a long time. We did not feel welcome. We did not feel it was horrible horrible. They didn’t appreciate our dogs. it was like they were gonna shit all over or something service dogs anyway I’ve been with my dog bear many times in the morning I guess at the beginning of the day the waitresses are better than at night. I don’t know if the restaurant closes at nine the one off Benson and so they were concerned that they were having a lot of customers I have no idea But the one that was that was our waitress wasn’t nice from the very beginning. She had an attitude and she wanted us out of there and guess what we got out she didn’t even know how to punch in two drinks. I was trying to pay for a drink drinks and she didn’t even know how to punch into drinks anyway I’m not going for a long time I think it’s horrible. I have never been treated this way and I have been there with bear many many times And I’ve never never been treated the way I was treated anyway that’s fine. I’m sure you’ll still make money anyway take care.

The food is good and the service is friendly but it was so slow. Non peak time, took over an hour between arrival and getting our food. The staff was nice and friendly, maybe just not enough to serve everyone.
