We went here for lunch today. We were looking for something not burger oriented. The fish and chips were wonderful. The batter is light and crispy, the fish remains the star of the meal without the batter taking over. The tartar sauce was good and plentiful ( and I didn’t have to squeeze it out of a packet). Chips were prefect. Cole slaw was creamy but not too sweet or vinegary. Wife had a fish taco and salad. Taco was so awesome she almost ordered another. The salad was nice,...

what an amazing place, a real Gem. the service was so friendly and fast, and informative the servers we talked to were so knowledgeable about the menu and really helped us to order exactly what we wanted. the ceviche was a stand out, so fresh. can't wait to come back

Had friends visiting from the UK and brought them to Diane’s — it was a perfect choice! They were thoroughly impressed with the fish and chips, which they said held up to anything back home. The ceviche was fresh, bright, and full of flavour — a real standout. Great selection of local microbrews on tap rounded out the meal beautifully. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and quality food make Diane’s a must-visit in Kingston. Highly recommended!
