I picked up pizza last night for my family and was able to use points I’d been saving, and a coupon and a deal for add one that made it a real deal I couldn’t turn down! But most importantly the pizzas were amazingly delicious, and in this day and age it is so appreciated that you have opportunities for people to have savings with quality at the same time! Storefront was clean, staff very friendly and polite, and when I left a tip the young lady was surprised…. That in itself meant she siding expect it as most people seem to! I will go back again soon amd this time it will cost more but it doesn’t matter because it will be soooooo good!

We came into town and ordered pizza. Waited an hour and nothing showed up. The lady said we had ordered from the wrong location. She was gonna transfer it. We waited and waited and nothing showed up. I found the location that was supposed to deliver it and they never received the transferred order. So now it’s gonna be almost an hour and 45 minutes before we get our food. I get that people make mistakes, but there was a lot of blaming the public and some sort of fundraiser for the delay. It’s a Tuesday night.

5 Star review for a franchise pizza? How could this be?? Well it comes down to customer service. We have been ordering from dominos in Kingston for 5 years since I arrived here. Anytime I’ve had issues, it is rectified swiftly and generously. Beyond this, the owner - who I believe goes by Jeff. Sends a personal letter to anyone whose pizza is late which includes a coupon for a free large pizza.
I can say that not once has our pizza been late to the point where we even noticed - yet have received probably 6-8 of these coupons over the years. Looking out for your customers is something I respect, and the reason while I will continue to call this number on Friday.
Thanks to Jeff (really hope I’m remembering that right) as well as the team at the princess location who are always working hard and delivering great service and pizza.
