We always good staff to serve us but today’s service was poor. Staff talking about us and pointing fingers at us because we wanted to switch seats. I have recommended egguis to a lot of people but with what happened today I don’t know.

The food was excellent. the potatoes were amazing. One of the best I've had. Server was courteous. Atmosphere is typical of a breakfast place. Overall, big thumbs up for this restaurant. It won't disappoint!

The food was good, cooked well and not greasy. The fruit tasted fresh and crisp. Tammy was great and provided excellent service to the table and check on us more than twice during the service. The atmosphere was a bit warm for this time of year, but that might have just been me.

Rude and inappropriate staff. Truly the worst experience I've had at a breakfast restaurant. Would not recommend
I used to really love this place but the last few times have been truly disappointing!! The servers are no where. Near the level when they first opened. And the food just keeps slipping further down.

Penny our server was very rude she rolled her eyes at us when we asked for something on the side and when we left and said goodbye she didn’t say anything and just stared my friend down very disappointed in the service

It seems to be in a downward spiral. The exterior is poorly maintained. Even the light fixture outside is hanging by the wires & the glass broken out.
It took about 20 minutes to get served. The coffee pot looked like it hadn't been washed for a week.
The eggs had shells in them.
The potatoes were great.
The toast was barely toast.

The service my friends and I got from Tammy the server today around this time was amazing, she made great menu recommendations based on what we wanted and our estimated portion sizes in order to get us a good deal, will definitely come back staff is so important in improving a restaurant experience and i heard several people be quite mean to the staff while we were there and i felt so bad but the staff was so friendly despite that :)
