We ordered smoothie bowl, but the lady there is so rude, She kept saying that an additional topping will be extra charge, but didnt even put later on. When i went to say that, they didn’t even apologise at first. The bowl size was also smaller, will hardly recommend not to go here.

Had a tuna bowl lunch. Was very impressed with the variety of different flavours. The owners Roop and Anju are very friendly and they take the time to explain the differences of the many options. Very clean atmosphere. Top notch operation. If you’re looking for something different and healthy, this is the place to go.

I'm always extremely satisfied after ordering from here. I get a complex custom bowl that's a bit pricier than the average but absolutely worth every extra dollar. They have a great selection of vegan options and their smoothies are incredible.
Vegetarian options: Felafel is my go-to protein choice. Also really love the hot black beans.

Returning from Quebec trip made stop in Kingston for some healthy Freshii meals. Ordered Oaxaca with Tofu. My fav lunch item. Food was fresh and Tropical Mango smoothie smoothie was delicious.
