We enjoy the pizza here, but the club sandwiches are awful. I have tried pasta as well and it honestly tastes like a microwave dinner. The first club sandwich I ordered was last year and there wasn’t even enough chicken to cover the bread, a bit of wilted lettuce and tomato that had seen better days. The next time we ordered I called to place the order instead of using a delivery service. I mentioned the sandwich from the prior order and was given an apology and a promise to make a great sandwich for me. It wasn’t perfect but definitely better. Fast forward to today, it’s been a few months and I assumed wrongly the club would be fine. I’m convinced they only have a tiny bit of chicken to go around for the day so each time it’s needed, they tear up little scraps to use. We ordered through Uber Eats and instead of relaying this via an app I tried to call the shop directly. I spoke to someone at a call centre who said he would contact the restaurant on my behalf and tell them to do better, and if they don’t I can then receive a $10 credit to use at the restaurant. The sandwich costs $13.80. I’ve learned my lesson.. don’t bother ordering anything but pizza from a pizza place.

Ordered a pizza through their service, 15 minutes after its delivery time I call to check in Customer service tells me the pizza has just left, but to call them in 10 minutes if it’s not there and it will be free The store then calls me to say they didn’t get my order because of a technical error and it will be 30 minutes I call back customer service 10 minutes later, and they refuse to honour their commitment to make it free, offering me credit instead for half the value of the order
So unreliable, do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and their customer service did not honour their commitments for an average pizza. There are other options, I encourage you to use them.

I ordered a huge party order all were vegetarian and non vegetarian. Liked the Gabriel Deluxe the most. I most impressive thing was the quality of the pizza, fresh items as well as no contamination. Even they serve good Canadian food more better than A&W or Harvey’s.

The food tastes great but unfortunately the service is subpar. They tend to forget toppings often and forget to deliver drinks every single time. I suggest only picking up so you can actually confirm they got your order right.
