The food tastes great but unfortunately the service is subpar. They tend to forget toppings often and forget to deliver drinks every single time. I suggest only picking up so you can actually confirm they got your order right.

We’ve been a regular customer of Gabriel’s Kingston for almost 2 years. Always have our order delivered to our home - city central Kingston. We order pizza, wings, drinks, and deserts usually 1-2 per week.
Lately we’ve noticed the drivers showing up with our orders complete and exactly what we order. But the last few times when we go to pay CASH (which we always stipulate when we call as per the call takers questions) the delivery drivers claim “I have no change” but they were told that we would be paying CASH and should bring change to return exact change.
The last time the delivery driver showed up, claimed he “had no change” and he would take my $50 bill leave the pizza/wing order and return with the exact change which would have roughly been $7.50. Unfortunately I didn’t trust him as a Gabriel delivery driver has scammed me out of $8.00 in the past hoping to get a larger “tip”.
So now because of their shady delivery drivers, we’ve been put on the “no delivery/walk in only” list which is unfortunate because we were loyal customers and spoke highly of how great their food was. The call center was no help at all either even at the supervisor level as it’s clear, based their notes they don’t communicate with the store fronts.
I run a fairly large business within the city of Kingston and the customer service I’ve received from this business is shameful and disrespectful. I’d never treat a client of mine like I’ve been treated in these instances.

Not happy. We just received our donairs. It was very spicy not at all like normal. What has happened. We will not get them from Gabriels again.

I was just stopped by this location. The food was amazing especially the pizza I ordered was cooked well to perfection with a deliciously crispy crust. The quick service ensured I didn’t have to wait long, and everything was served hot and fresh.
Overall, I highly recommend Gabriel pizza for anyone looking for a great food and attentive service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Gabriel pizza just opened in my town of Picton Ontario, my friend and I had to try it. We got a small combo with regular crust. It was good. Sauce was tasty. Enough cheese but the slices seemed much smaller than I'm used to from Prince Edward pizza. I will try something different next time like wings and salad. Overall it was very tasty ?
