We ordered a medium pizza and a small thin crust cheese pizza. We received garlic cheese bread instead. Our medium pizza was cold and not well done like requested. We called to say our order was wrong. Myself and my wife were on hold for a long time with no one answering our call. Would not order from this pizza place again. Very disappointing. As we used to really like there pizza.

I used to travel to Ottawa 10 years ago and loved this pizza place. Was excited when I saw on my recent travel to Kingston there was a location there as well I ordered some wings and pizza for delivery. They arrived 25 minutes past the expected delivery time. Wings were cold and pizza was lukewarm next to no sauce on the pizza. All I could taste was cheese. will not order again. so disappointing because I was really looking forward to it.

Ordered online. Lg pizza with 5 dipping sauces was 80 bucks. They only delivered one of the five dipping sauces. There call center couldn’t help. The supervisor hung up on us. We couldn’t get a direct number to the store to ask for our sauces. Bad bad customer service

We enjoy the pizza here, but the club sandwiches are awful. I have tried pasta as well and it honestly tastes like a microwave dinner. The first club sandwich I ordered was last year and there wasn’t even enough chicken to cover the bread, a bit of wilted lettuce and tomato that had seen better days. The next time we ordered I called to place the order instead of using a delivery service. I mentioned the sandwich from the prior order and was given an apology and a promise to make a great sandwich for me. It wasn’t perfect but definitely better. Fast forward to today, it’s been a few months and I assumed wrongly the club would be fine. I’m convinced they only have a tiny bit of chicken to go around for the day so each time it’s needed, they tear up little scraps to use. We ordered through Uber Eats and instead of relaying this via an app I tried to call the shop directly. I spoke to someone at a call centre who said he would contact the restaurant on my behalf and tell them to do better, and if they don’t I can then receive a $10 credit to use at the restaurant. The sandwich costs $13.80. I’ve learned my lesson.. don’t bother ordering anything but pizza from a pizza place.
