We order their pizza all the time. Only pizzeria we eat and it's always so great. The thin crust is always perfect and just the right thickness.Their delivery drivers are always so pleasant and nice, especially Javed. He always asks about how our day has been, asks about the family and says hello to our dogs as they greet him at the door.Our favoirite pizzas are either their Deluxe or the Ottawa Senators. Lots of specialties to choose or build your own. You will not be disappointed.

Ordered over the phone with their call centre last night, order a extra large pizza with an assortment of toppings and extra cheese, came to 60 dollars. We got the pizza and half of the crust was BLACK, and the cheese was really weird.. we look at the receipt next day and discover whoever took our order made it dairy free, called to get it sorted today and they only gave me a seven dollar credit.. when you pay 60 dollars for a SINGLE pizza, needs to be better quality pizza and customer service than that.. probably won't ever order again, worst first impression ever.

It is my son Gabriels Birthday today, and they actually gave him a gift!!! A hat with G on it and a piece of cake, so sweet of them.. Seeing how happy my son was I can't put into words.. Thank you so much ? Best pizza in the city hands

As a transplant from the GTA this place produced one of the best tasting pies I've had yet in eastern Ontario - and I've been trying many.I will definitely have it again.Only 4 stars cause its a bit pricey ($50+ not including tip for an xlarge delivered with 2 toppings... I know inflation is bad, but cmon, I worked pizza for years, the margins aren't that bad right now).I'm yet to try the wings. I plan to try them next week, if they're decent they might get that 5th star.

Freezer pizza is better. $20 for a 'walk in special' is rather excessive for the quality of food offered. There are many other chain restaurants that offer the same quality for half the price. Would not recommend.

That had to be the worst yet! “Lasagna” that was nothing more than noodles with a bit of sauce and some cheese dumped on top. Never baked. The cheese had barely melted into the mess. Zucchini sticks were complete mush. The bread is never good so no surprise there. Terrible food! Never again! What a waste of money.

We have ordered before and had a pizza undercooked. We specifically asked when we ordered for the pizza to be cooked thoroughly, a little longer than normal, so that the cheese on top was done properly. We knew we were going to have a problem when the pizza arrived in less than 20 minutes. Not only was it not cooked for any extra time, it was basically a doughy mess with barely melted cheese. Not even close to being properly cooked. We complained. From a $50 Order the best they could offer was $5.00 off our next order...obviously they didn't care. The wings were good but the pizza was not edible. There won't be a "next" order.

Had the redblack pizza. The most tasteless pizza we have had in awhile. Not enough sauce, what kind of mozzarella is used? The crust was about 2 inches thick. I would have to see what thick crust is after this so called regular.

the pizza is good and the driver was good, but I called to order a pizza and was on the phone for 15min. I don’t think the guy is even at the store by the way he had to enter every little detail and confirm my city 3 times. Very strange
