I had yet another wonderful experience with General Brock’s Commissary recently, ordering a fun box of local goodies to be sent out of province.
It was my first meeting of their Assistant Manager, who in true GBC form made several helpful suggestions, was enthusiastic about my purpose, patient with my dithering indecision, and cheerfully bent over backwards to make the tricky parts of my last-minute order work well.
Not only are they well-stocked with lots of Canadian products...
What a breath of fresh air this business and these people are. Couldn't be more friendly or supportive as we accumulated some terrific items for a gift box. Offering us a complimentary coffee and conversation while they put the package together for us was the icing on the cake. Customer service as it used to be
