Gino’s Pizza in Amherstview has seriously become my go-to spot. The quality is always on point — fresh ingredients, great crust, and they never skimp on toppings. The store itself is super clean, which makes a big difference. You walk in and everything feels well taken care of. The staff and management are awesome too — friendly, organized, and you can tell they really care about the place and their customers. It’s just a solid experience every time. Highly recommend!

My wife and I just ordered medium Gino's Special for $35.00.
Man!! This was the worst pizza ever. Hardly any toppings, hardly any sauce, very thin, overcooked.. honestly guys it was a $12.00 pizza. My wife has brought home pizzas named Dr. Oetker that taste so much better. Don't waste your hard earned money. Total ripoff. Will never order there ever again. Amherstview Ontario Spears Boulevard it was shit !!

The Indian women up front touches all the pizzas with her bare hands. I watched her wipe her nose with her hand, touch the debit machine and then bareback the pizza with her hands.
Y’all used to be the best wheel around. I’d drive from Kingston for it but not anymore .

Gino’s as you remember it is now gone. Service has gone downhill, quality has gone downhill, pricing has gone through the roof. 3 slices and a pop was just under $30. The pizza looked (and tasted) like it had been sitting there for hours. They’re the only slice option in Amherstview..

Never again will I spend a single dime at Gino’s. Lesson learned.

I give this new ownership a year. Max. They’ll be out of business.

I was out near Lake Ontario enjoying the beautiful view when all of a sudden the Tim Horton’s Iced Cap I drank 20 minutes ago hit me like a hotdog on a water slide. I RACED across the highway to the only place open at 7pm in this area… Gino’s Pizza & Spaghetti. T minus 5… I barged in, the delivery guy said hi as he was stepping out to deliver a fresh za to a happy customer no doubt. 4… there is no public washroom. Panicked and desperate, I asked to use their staff washroom. 3… Before I could even offer to buy something, dude behind the counter let me use their washroom. 2… And let me tell you, I used it. I went to battle in there. 1… That iced cap came out the same way it came in. After 15 minutes, I did the walk of shame passed the kitchen to the front of the store and began to try and buy a bottled drink to show my appreciation. They wouldn’t let me - and insisted it was their pleasure to serve me in my hour of need. The delivery guy showed up as I was leaving. It felt like reunion between a war bride and her husband who returned from WW2. He gave me another smile, unaware of the carnage I left behind. Reliable and friendly service. I’m sure the pizza and spaghetti is good too. All my buddies love Gino’s for life!

I had joked to my partner that we should go buy some frozen pizzas but they we saw that Gino's was open on the August long weekend and ordered from there. I WAS RIGHT!! We ordered a bbq chicken and a pepperoni pizza. The bbq chicken had 6 small chunks of chicken on it. 2 slices had none. I think they took one slice of a red onion and threw a few peices on it. The pepperoni wasn't any better. This was the WORST excuse of a pizza I have ever seen! Not sure who or how this place is still open!! Save yourself the hassle. Dr. Oetker frozen pizza at Foodland or Shoppers WILL be better than this garbage!!

Ordered a small pizza yesterday was about 23 dollars. This thing was the size of a pancake and came thin crust. So disappointing. I usually buy ginos and in last few months you can tell it's nothing like it used to be. I think it's new ownership. They are cheaping out. These people don't understand word spreads in amherstview. Never ordering from their again.

If you go and look at how many bad reviews have been posted in the last 6 months to a year, compared to the reviews before then... you can tell there is new ownership.

The pizza is absolutely garbage. Portions are smaller, prices are higher, service is terrible.

What used to be our go to pizza spot in Amherstview is now a place I would never order from again.

To the new cheap owners, Amherstview is a small community that doesn't have many options.. I suggest going back to the old ways or else I'm sure you'll be out of business soon.
