I called to order a pizza and requested creamy garlic dip, which was forgotten. When I called to sort it out, the staff yelled at me and hung up on me multiple times. Not to mention, there was ham on our pizza and we did not order ham. Mistakes happen, but being treated this way is completely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Visited this location for a slice. Pizza taste like a day old and cold. Not even warm. Atmosphere was typical for being located near a high school.

Would I visit again? Probably not

I'll leave it up for you to decide.

I placed an order for a spicy paneer pizza two days ago, but the pizza was missing paneer pieces. When I spoke to the manager, he acknowledged the mistake and assured me that I could get a replacement pizza on another day.
However, when I called the store today to arrange this, the lady in the afternoon time who answered the call was very uncooperative and cut the call twice. She also mentioned that they no longer carry the ingredient and spoke in a disrespectful manner instead of trying to resolve the issue.
I am disappointed by the poor customer service and the lack of professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and customer handling in the future.

Burgers are a horror show

Management is not customer service oriented and our order came incomplete and cold. We ordered a family meal with a salad, and a plain burger with fries. The order was late, but the driver was very professional and kind. Once we opened the food we were missing the salad dressing, the 2L bottle of pop and the burger was fully dressed. At first I wasn’t going to call, but my son wouldn’t eat the burger and doesn’t like pizza so he wouldn’t have dinner but the fries and a bit of salad. When I called back they asked me if I wanted a new burger delivered, and I said yes as my son wouldn’t eat the one that was fully dressed and the bun was wet from the condiments so they hung up and said they’d bring a new burger. In the meantime, the driver came back with the bottle of pop, which he was apologetic and of course I told him it was not a big deal and thanked him so much. I also told my husband if he wanted the burger he could have it there was no use in throwing it out, but he had planned on eating the pizza from the family meal. Then the restaurant called me back asking proof of the burger, that they wanted it back as I had requested a new one. I told them my husband had eaten some of it while waiting, they’re like ok we’ll take that back. At this point my patience has disappeared and I felt like they were calling me a liar. I told them that the salad dressing was also missing but I had already had some at home because I didn’t think it was worth calling them back again. I guess I should’ve been angry and difficult in the first place as being understanding and kind only resulted in us being accused of stealing a burger with condiments. The person who brought the replacement burger was very kind and apologetic, but apparently management doesn’t know how to understand how customer service works. Food came cold originally anyway and incorrect. Do better, and treat your customers better as YOU are the ones who messed up, not the person who paid $80 for dinner cold and incorrect.

I never right reviews but this one needed to be posted. I ordered a medium pizza and an order of spaghetti and meatballs. The pizza was half cooked and my spaghetti was fettuccine with semi burnt meatballs. I called and was told, sorry we’re out of spaghetti. Would have been nice to of known that ahead of time. Anyway, 60 bucks down the drain. I will say the fella that delivered it was a really nice dude. Brutal meal

I was looking forward to my chicken Parmesan sub but was very disappointed with my burnt chicken fingers on an over toasted bun smothered in sauce and cheese.
