Wanted to take part in their bogo promotion. They said certain drinks are not apart of it (taro and mango smoothie) — fine I didn’t chose them. I asked for no ice because I’ll be walking to give the bubble tea to my friend annd I didn’t want the melted ice to dilute the drink. They said they couldn’t do that for BOGO. The promo just made me feel embarrassed to ask instead of happy to be apart of.
Was a regular for some time (not daily but weekly or monthly) and don’t really want to make it my to go anymore.

Croffle full of burnt charred bits, absolutely terrible, cant be eaten. Milktea tastes very watery, too diluted.

If I could give no stars, I would. The two ladies working here were neither accommodating nor friendly. They made my friends and I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, giving the impression that they did not want to work and interact politely with customers. Very disappointing experience.

Very limited inventory when we visited on Sunday evening. Had to try more than three times to get something that was available. Saw some other customers come after us experience the same thing.
The cashier/server seemed equally frustrated, having to tell all of us that things weren't available. Not their fault.

Not a good experience at all. There were only two customers that day and he still got my orders wrong. And the employee was not very accommodating at all. Wasn't very happy with my experience.

Victoria made my tea and it was incredible! I appreciate the selection of non-dairy substitutions as well, great for someone who can’t have dairy or is vegan!

We got matcha with milk foam and we loved it so much. The only problem that I had was the packaging of the cup. It was so hard to eat the milk foam or mix it into the drink.

Please tell the guy that works the cash/ordering counter to stop swiping his hands through his hair, it’s not very sanitary, even if it’s washed. The bubble tea is made from powder mix and doesn’t get well mixed my taro on the first sip was great, after that there was no flavour. Working with powder doesn’t allow you to chose the sugar level, somehow 30% is as low as you can go. The powder mix is over sweet even at 30%. There are better made bubble teas up the street
