Love bubble tea, so I was looking for a good place in this city. I got the strawberry milk tea with black tea, and it was delicious! I almost expected it to look more pink though! The workers were sitting on their phones at the front counter, staring down, while I was standing there waiting, so… that was a bit unusual. However the service was fast given that it was not busy. I did also notice only 2 tables in there, so not much space to sit. Otherwise, decent place to stop into if you’re passing by!

The tea is definitely nice and strong. Very enjoyable. We got a honeydew milk tea and a strawberry. Service was friendly. They do need more seating but it's more of a grab and go.

I have tried many Gongcha locations however this location is very inconsistent with the quality. Sometimes the drinks were too sweet even at low sugar %, there were times when the tea flavor was too light etc…

I would have loved to try the food here but wasn't given the opportunity by the store itself due to a series of circumstances (as follows). The items I selected were not listed as sold out which would have saved me time as I wanted to get items for the family before people went out to work. The store arbitrarily cancelled the entire order without giving the option to select replacements which I would have done prior to my arrival. Store still took the money and it has yet to be refunded. Website indicates an email would be sent and no email was ever received. Used the text messaging without first receiving consent to send text messages. This is poor customer service prior to even receiving and trying the food! They can do much better.
Parking: The parking is downtown and limited for close access.

The tapioca was not cooked all the way. The middle was hard and chunky. We ordered the new soft serve ice cream twist and it was overfilling the container, leaking onto my hand. On top of all that, there was a problem with the lid machine so we were given a different type of lid that did not fit straws.

I had their milk foam and mocha ice cream and it’s the perfect combination I needed this balmy summer. Their prices are also very reasonable.
The boba tea here is very good but the only reason it's not 5 stars is because they didnt have any popping boba when I came here so instead of fruit tea I got Taro milk tea which is very good!
