Waited 20 minutes for two drinks when the store was basically empty. Someone who put their order in after us got their drinks first. Forgot to put tapioca in one of our drinks even though we mentioned this twice while ordering. Manager(?) seemed to be yelling at newer employees. Very disappointing experience overall.

Unfortunately always a big hit or big miss.Seems way understaffed to start with, usually only seeing one person taking orders, making drinks, and everything else at the same time.Orders tend to be wrong, often missing toppings, and there is always too much ice - more than half the cup being filled with ice. Nobody wants to pay $8 for sugary ice water. Often a machine tends to broken to, so you can't order certain items.Orders always take super long to be made, waiting around 15-20 minutes for one drink on its own.The inside is also pretty drab, lacking seating and is usually dirty.I imagine a lot of these issues could be fixed by simply hiring more staff, that way you don't have one stressed out person running the store all on their own.The few times I've had everything turn out correct, it was really good. But taking the chance if it's good or not isn't worth it when there's 4+ other bubble tea places downtown that have a better track record - like Presotea.

The drink is horrible- the pearl sucks the drink tastes off.Service is also awful. There's a yelling employee (associate?) who is handing drinks and he's really weird and off putting.The atmosphere is also off.I should've went to presto tea

The store clerk had a bad attitude. The milk tea spout was not sealed properly and leaked directly into the car.

We order chocolate Oreo and strawberry smoothies, we got strawberry chocolate regular bubble tea. I don’t think we will be back. Our last bubble they forgot to put pearls.

Only two tables to seat, so not a great option for dine in.the sidewalk sign showed a lot of flavours for the ice-cream but inside they only had matcha and coconut (felt kind of manipulated by the false advertisement as we went inside initially for the ice cream).Had to pay extra for the tapioca pearls as topping but isn’t it kind of an essential part of the bubble tea?!However- they had options for the amount of sugar and ice - which was kind of cool since you get to choose the zero sugar option if you want. I went with zero sugar and 30% ice - perfect for my Oreo coffee milk tea Size isn’t great for the price but it’s downtown- so not uncommon.

Last week I went and they had no pearls, and they made my order wrong and had to remake it.Today I go and they are closed in the middle of the day during the business hours they should be open, and I got shooed away at the door by an employee. Biggest complaint is the inconsistency at this location, because at its best it’s great, but lately is has been poor every time.
