Waited for around 30 mins for a drink before I had to leave to meet other obligations without the drink I paid for (worth noting a city event was on that likely led to an atypically busy day for them), the interior design is very cute but unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of the drinks, I don't believe this to be the fault of the staff taking orders or making drinks but rather the management under-staffing this business to a degree that borders on criminal.
To those wondering why I left without pressing the staff, I didn't want to further stress out the noticeably overwhelmed staff.

We are from Montreal We got the plum and mulberry slush. The guy working was super nice he was alone and still handling a full store! We waited a bit, but it was no problem at all. I work in customer service too, so I really appreciated his effort. Thanks for the great service!

i had a mango milk tea there like i had never I’ve always had a great experience when ordering from the girl with the roller in her hair, she makes the best mango milk, every single time! The quality and taste were noticeably better than when I ordered the same thing from others working there. She also brings such positive energy to the place with her warm smile and friendly vibes. Highly recommend trying the mango milk, but only when it’s made by the girl with the roller as I am very addicted to this drink and can’t change it from how good she makes it and also my friends had the same opinion.

My family visited Kingston this weekend for the first time and ended up going to get fruit teas several times because it was so good (and very refreshing in the hot weather). The man that worked there was incredibly kind and made the best boba teas we've ever had (and in fact it was the first lychee tea my son had ever tried and he LOVED it). Whenever we're back in the area to visit we will definitely be going back. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I gave specific instructions for my online order.But it was not followed. We previously tried and loved mango sensation from the store and ordered it online.But unfortunately,the online ordered dessert was different and disappointing.

Super cute place! It is small so not a lot of seating but they’ve made it work with lots of variety. The decor is so cute adore the flower wall! I got the strawberry slush and I was super excited and pleased to find real chopped strawberries in it and not just fake puree stuff! Girl was super helpful when I had a question over all would defiantly visit again! Lots of options too.
