I have a worst experience of a customer service at this point as I tried gotcha only few months ago and started loving it. For my first time the boy working there was so nice, helpful and understanding . As I went twice in every week or I order online sometimes But from today me and my friends are not going to gotcha anymore as we had the worst experience of customer service with the only girl working there and this happened 3rd in a month She has so much negative attitude, unresponsive, unfriendly, unethical,deficient and less understanding. And this is only about the girl working there who is in there today too The boy who works there is awesome I never do bad reviews this time is not even I except from somebody as a customer.

got the hot oolong milk tea in medium, 7.25 before taxes, it came with pearls, the milk tea had an faint artifical creamer taste and the pearls were tasteless and overcooked. person at the cash and making drinks was nice, there were some board games inside customers could use at one of the many tables, but wouldn't come back for their drinks

Not sure what we were drinking... but this is not Thai Tea. 0/5. Either do better or don't advertise watered-down drinks that don't taste anything like they should.

We did some puzzles and I was being very loud about it in the store, and the staff didn't kick us out so that's 5 stars right off the bat

We tried the desserts as we were intrigued by the poster outside the store. They were honestly not very great. The dessert base itself wasn’t too flavourful and just tasted sweet. There wasn’t any fresh mango, just some mango jellies which was disappointing. The best toppings were probably the Taro balls but we wouldn’t order these again.

Waited for around 30 mins for a drink before I had to leave to meet other obligations without the drink I paid for (worth noting a city event was on that likely led to an atypically busy day for them), the interior design is very cute but unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of the drinks, I don't believe this to be the fault of the staff taking orders or making drinks but rather the management under-staffing this business to a degree that borders on criminal.
To those wondering why I left without pressing the staff, I didn't want to further stress out the noticeably overwhelmed staff.

The one young gentleman who works there, he wears crocks and a hat usually is so nice! My girlfriend and I go there frequently and he is always so friendly and remembers us :)

We are from Montreal We got the plum and mulberry slush. The guy working was super nice he was alone and still handling a full store! We waited a bit, but it was no problem at all. I work in customer service too, so I really appreciated his effort. Thanks for the great service!

i had a mango milk tea there like i had never I’ve always had a great experience when ordering from the girl with the roller in her hair, she makes the best mango milk, every single time! The quality and taste were noticeably better than when I ordered the same thing from others working there. She also brings such positive energy to the place with her warm smile and friendly vibes. Highly recommend trying the mango milk, but only when it’s made by the girl with the roller as I am very addicted to this drink and can’t change it from how good she makes it and also my friends had the same opinion.

My family visited Kingston this weekend for the first time and ended up going to get fruit teas several times because it was so good (and very refreshing in the hot weather). The man that worked there was incredibly kind and made the best boba teas we've ever had (and in fact it was the first lychee tea my son had ever tried and he LOVED it). Whenever we're back in the area to visit we will definitely be going back. Highly recommend giving it a try!
