Terrible service. The girl ignored us when we walk jn. And when i called her she said are you ready to order in a very questionable manner. Order was mixed up. The one wants no sugar there must be full sugar. The one we want sugar had no sugar. Then a white couple came in she started to smile and started greeting them. And just put our drink on the table with no emotion.

THE OWNER DOES NOT GIVE TIPS TO EMPLOYEES, BUT KEEPS FOR THEIR OWN!!!!just want to send this out to whoever reading this and planning to come here. As much as I want to get some decent teas (which are rare in Kingston), I definitely won't EVER EVER EVER come back to this place.What kind of business takes the tips but won't give to employees?I have already confirmed this with employees at different dates. You can ask any of them yourself.It's a ridiculous business practice.If you really want to give tips, give the employees straight cash tips.EVERYONE, BEWARE AND BE WARNED.

Found this place to be pricier than other Bubble Tea places in town, and their menu is loaded with too many straight Milk drinks for me.I had the bad luck on my first visit to be adventurous and try a coconut milk drink that had black rice in it.. that’s on me, but I tossed it halfway through.#bubbletea #bobatea

No ambiance as the lights are as bright as a grocery store. We ordered a brown sugar bubble tea and somehow got milk. Who is ordering 10 Dollar flavoured milk? Flavours are mysterious “1886 cf” means three toppings with cheese foam but we had to ask.

The boba its self is not that great and the store is way to bright. staff prioritized online orders and struggled to explain menu items. overall there are about 3 better spots to try, less than a block away. This place is not worth it.
