Your employees do not behave well with customers, they are very rude. I request your office to take action. Especially all your employees who work at night do not follow any procedures. Thank you.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Maxi Grill location. I asked them to add an extra item to my order, but they did not do it, and nobody even bothered to explain why. The person who was serving the food behaved in a very arrogant way, which made the situation even worse.
The service felt careless and disrespectful. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy, but it was missing completely. Because of this experience, I do not feel like visiting this place again, and I would not recommend it to others.

Always enjoy their burritos. Ingredients always fresh and good value for money.
There is arrogant guy serving food, added extra topping, doesnt have option in system to charge us extra almost had altercation. Update: i ordered extra topping its shame you guys dont know how to charge for extra, if you cannot fix your system and get mad at customer and make wait for 20 minutes, shame will have shame for you running such a business get a life man. If you think yoir restaurant only place that cannot charge for extta topping on a Uber eats order topping must be smoking something stronger 😁

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like we were bothering them just by being there. Avoid this place.
Too bad, major rip-off. I ordered nachos and cheese - extra cheese and there was No cheese. Beware.

Disappointing,overall, , lack of cleanliness is a big issue ,! Mostly deals with drop in / take out , tables/ floors ,washrooms filthy dirty!, Come on people! food service & dealingi with public .You need to wipe down all surfaces & mop your floors
The fingerprints on your Dutch doors tell it all( If Public health checks you out ,you would be shut down.We had to ask the staff member to wipe down our table & the baby seat.Foodwas tasty overall but you are walking a fine line with contamination potentially an issue.

Ordered a brownie off of uber eats and the picture does not look like what you get. It is a premade frozen brownie you can get at M&M's that they cut into quarters. It is the size of a 2 bite brownie and 3.50. Absolute rip off and should be considered a scam. Won't shop from a dishonest business

Wash room has been out of order now for 3 weeks. Bylaw you need to have bathroom open if you serve food.

The guy at the counter was very rude and rushed us out the door because it was 15 minutes before closing time. The place looked dirty and unkept. The food was bland and COLD.
