First time finally checking out Harper's and will absolutely be back! Food tasted amazing and service was excellent! Nice small spot and bonus that they had Batman the animated series playing (a treat for a batman nerd like me haha)

Came in with a 50$ certificate on new years eve ended up going elsewhere to eat... Unfortunately this being my first experience is likely to be one of my last. We arrived at 7pm and were greeted & seated, following this we had to get up from the booth twice to ask for someone to take a drink order for us. Drink came wayyy over poured for booze I drank it anyway. We had to get up to get someone to come take our food order. They take our order. We get our app and its wrong so has to be remade. We get our app back its good we had the loaded waffle fries...this was the only good food we had. We had to get up again to find a staff member for sharing plates.
Kids Meal - MASSIVE burger for a toddler or child, he hated the taste of the meat which I agree was dry and not seasoned. Fries were so overcooked they were hollow most of them and he ate nothing on his plate.
Husbands Meal - Waffle Fries were good but again lackluster burger putting it kindly considering price and that its a burger joint
My Meal - Blackened Chicken Sandwich DISGUSTING literally tasted like it was cooked in the grime from a BBQ it was so nasty. I asked for sauce on side it was on it. I asked for extra pickles, got none. Simple salad had no dressing at all so just lettuce, tomatoes & onion like rabbit style I guess?
Overall we paid over 100%+ and wasted a gift certificate to walk out and immediately toss our take out then go to another restaurant hoping the owner sees this so this can be made right or we can give them another chance on food quality & service after all the nice things we have heard...
2/10 for us total rating. Beautiful atmosphere.

Never a disappointment. Chickpea patty burger is amazing and so glad you offer this as well as a Beyond burger, and not only the Beyond. Fries are crispy and waffle fries are a solid side. Will be back for sure.

Love this place! Had an absolutely amazing burger for lunch today - the Pig in the Orchard. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I love that you can completely customize your burger, choosing the toppings, patty, bun, and side. So many vegetarian/vegan options!

Wow, Google didn't steer me wrong on this delicious little local burger joint. Let's start with the vibe. It's not too big, and has this really great amber hue lighting that makes you feel ultra comfortable upon arrival. My server was outstanding, wish I had her name to shout her out. She helped me select my dinner which was amazing, as you see from the pics. Trust the servers they know exactly what rocks on the menu. I also ordered the truffle fries and aoli and it was such a super side to the burger sampler. I ordered and so enjoyed a local beer from Kingston and seriously this was a home-run 10/10. The burger meat is greasy, burnt, and dry. Also, burgers are tiny, and the portion of fries is less than in other places. With sauce and other ingredients burger seems to be ok. However, meat is not worth to price. I probably won't visit this place any time soon. I think Five Guys is way better than Harper`s.

We first came here in 23 because we were looking for a place for chili.This place so far has the best chili. It has just the right amount of spice and flavor staff is great and very friendly. A very pleasant place to eat. I would recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for good food and a nice atmosphere.

I’m visiting from Toronto and came across this place, heard from a relative it was great so checked it out on instagram and saw the banana split , which looked really good . I told the waitress I was getting dessert and she informed me there was no chocolate soft serve left. I ordered the banana split and the apple crisp melt, as I was craving sweets. My favorite part of the banana split is ALWAYS the Pineapple 🍍 topping, the nuts and the cherry. The waitress informed me AGAIN there was no chocolate soft serve ice cream left, which is supposed to be in their banana split, along with the vanilla. I said no problem and ordered it. When she brought the two desserts to the table the ice cream was already melting and looked sloppy. I immediately noticed there was no middle topping— the pineapple bits. I went to the counter and told them they forgot the pineapple. Her and another gentleman told me they didn’t have any because the batch they made was no good ?! I asked why they would not inform me of that when I ordered it, as I would have picked something else. They had no answer and asked if I still wanted it. I said no because it’s far from what the description is on the menu. I don’t know why they could tell me there was no chocolate self serve but didn’t care to mention there was no pineapple topping either. The apple dessert was good though. Probably won’t return .

Love all the burgers and choices! Recently really enjoyed the sliders, as a great way to share smaller Burgers and try a variety of flavors.
We tried to chickpea chips this time, we probably wouldn't get that again. The sweet potato fries were great!
