1st timer. Went with son & two grandsons. Three had different types of burgers and youngest had chicken strips. All enjoyed the food. The service was better than great. The food came quickly and hot. Only whine I had was seating was very tight made more so with winter gear. Will try again on another visit. Thank you to the servers.

Ordered the Health Nut salad to take home. Absolutely delicious. Full of healthy stuff. Not your typical salad. If your looking for something different this is it. The large size would probably feed 4 people as a side. Would highly recommend.

Food didn’t hit the spot when I was crazing for a burger - It was insanely greasy. My lettuce wrapped burger had too little lettuce and everything was falling apart (a nightmare to eat), there was a puddle of grease on the table by the time I was finished. The fries were also greasy, not mentioning waffle fries tasted stale though I was able to get a new order of fries through my server. Regardless, I wouldn’t recommend this spot to others.

It was New Year's Eve when we went to Harper's and let me tell you, one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life! The atmosphere was fantastic, as you can see Santa's dining with us and he's sitting at the back, lol! He had finished his Christmas duties for the year and was now on break. The burgers at Harper's were so good, we had to come back for seconds after we finished our first! I highly recommend for anyone visiting Kingston, great great spot and very friendly staff!
Server did not bring the drink for the lunch box. The milk shake was excellent. Hamburgers good. Hot dog so so. Deep fried pickles amazing!

We travelled three and a hour hours from Barrie Ontario on Saturday October 26th, 2024 to Kingston. When we are in Kingston we always dine at Harpers for their great food and service! Our server today was Britta, and she went above and beyond to provide us with great service! All the other servers were also great! That is why we want to give a shout-out to Harper’s in Kingston Ontario. We would highly recommend for anyone in the area to stop by and try Harper’s!

The worst burger I've ever had! I would not serve what I had last night to my dog! Yes, it was Uber Eats, so I understand it may not be the same as eating in the restaurant. Food was overcooked and tasteless. The burger patties looked like misshappen pancakes. I don't know if the quality in the restaurant is better, and based on my experience last night, probably will never find out. If you can't vouch for the quality of your food through a third party delivery service, don't offer the service. $100 (incl. tip & taxes) for three (not even mediocre) burgers is ridiculous!!
