I’ve been to plenty of restaurants, but I’ve never experienced service this rude. The wait staff acted like they didn’t want to be there, and I had to keep asking just to get basic things. My drink took forever to come, and they were too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice. I shouldn’t have to chase down someone for service. Absolutely ridiculous

Don‘t try it unless they reduce the price. Beef buger is good but chicken is normal. Fries is bad and salad is very salty. We spent $52 for two burgers to take out. If eating inside, need to pay 10$ more. To sum up, it is totally worthless to pay this price to eat such normal burgers.

We had red sangria and a glas beer from the tap, a burger and a sandwitch with fries each. Sangria tasts strange and chemical, nothing to do with a real one. Don't know what they put in. Strawberries inside where nice. The beer tasted a bit small bur ok. Food was realy little, especially the tiny baby burger. Any side to be ordered extra, so nothing else on the plates. But big was the service charge stating at 18%. We paid more than 80 CAD for very simple food and 2 drinks. Compared to real restaurants we visited e.g. in Montreal or Quebec prices are outrageous here. Maybe that's standard in Kingston but for us a no go. So no recom for that place from us.

Love coming here after work for their happy hour menu. They have the best burgers in town and can build your own burger if you prefer. Super fun, vibey, friendly staff! They offer pretzel buns and milkshakes!

Staff was great. Service was great. Food was terrible. I selected the classic burger with an upgraded 7 ounce patty and it took me 3 minutes to eat it. Tiny. Dry. Burnt. Not what I was expecting coming here. How was that $58? I tipped 22% because the people who work there are great, but man. That food was so disappointing.

Came for dinner with 5 people and a pup, our puppy got seat 6 with a water bowl thanks to our server jack. Food came quick and was amazeballs gonna be dreaming about that burger all year. Our server jack was also amazeballs, he checked in on us and cracked some fantabulous jokes!! Way to go Harper’s 🥳🍔🤤
