Went through the Drive-thru yesterday Jan 14th about 12:30 pm or so. Bought a value -Double Jr. cheeseburger. Went home to eat it- and the bottom bun had blue mold on it!!!! Burger went in the garbage and will not be going to that location again!!!!

I stopped by this location because my bus had a quick 10-minute break. I placed a last-minute Uber Eats order to pick up a burger, fully expecting that I wouldn’t have enough time to get it. However, the staff truly went above and beyond.
The person preparing the burgers understood my time constraints, quickly coordinated with the kitchen team, and managed to have everything ready in just 5-6 minutes — despite a long line of waiting customers.
Their efficiency, understanding, and customer-first attitude really impressed me. Thanks to them, I made it back to my bus on time and got my food. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition!
Highly recommend this location for both their great food and their amazing team.

I was passing through Kingston and noticed Harvey's which I decided to go in there was a bit of a lineup however the staff took care of that line pretty quick with the burgers and got the people in their seats or on their way pretty quick I ordered the original unfortunate in on rapid before I took my picture along with the poutine as you can see both were delicious I highly recommend this place
