The older ladies working rinsed their hands twice and did not use soap. They used the same spatula to cook and transport uncooked meat with cooked meat. Place smelled bad I don’t think I will eat this sandwich

We don't get downtown very often but when we do, we almost always stop at The Hoagie House for a Double Cheese steak hoagie. They are a Kingston institution. Always friendly and the food is perfect.

The food isnt what it use to be, you pay enough for something they put minimal on. I would recommend Subway first, my dad loved this place and if he was here he would be disappointed with how much the food has changed.

Not even close to what it once was. Services were ⁵ and rude. We try not to complain about anything. Yet we just wanted too order what we wanted. And we're told that everything was in the bag. We got home to realize that we got a tuna. As well the steak sub was the sausage which was raw in some places. Hopefully this is a good source for clients to find out the right places to eat.

I have read many reviews and all I can say is this is not subway....I have been coming here for 15 years and have never been disappointed, I have friends that that travel an hour for a steak and cheese...there is nothing like it, my wife brings her own bun as she is gluten intolerant, maybe a future change...there is simply nothing like it...last note, you always eat in the parking lot...those who know understand 😉

Cashier told me to order the double as the single did not have enough meat to cover the bun. The double was barely adequate. Choices of add-ons included lettuce, tomato slices and pickles. Subway puts more meat on each sub and has more add ons for half the price.
This is a hidden gem in Kingston that's been around for a long long time!! I've been going here since I was in high school!! Staff are beyond incredibly amazing!! Best submarine like sandwich in Kingston!! Must go here!!
