Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront, an IHG Hotel, offers a super nice stay with very courteous staff. The hotel restaurant, though a little expensive, is excellent for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is warm, and the food presentation is outstanding. Guests can enjoy a lovely indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a gym. The location is very good, close to city hotspots and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, including a quick walk to the Christmas light trolley station. Rooms are clean with lovely waterfront views, but not very well insulated. During special occasions like Christmas, the hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as free snacks, coffee, croissants, and sandwiches for guests, making it a great choice for a stay in Kingston with great views and friendly service.
