The most friendly customer service I have experienced in a hotel in many years. The people at the desk were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was amazing !! We ate there 2 time for dinner and the service was beyond expectation. We thoroughly enjoyed Mikayla who was our server and the manager (Jamal) was beyond a wonderful face person for the holiday inn restaurant brand. 2nd stay here. Had an alarm go off at 5 am this morning and the beds aren’t great. Location is really nice but not getting a good night sleep is painful for work.
