My office is close by to this building so I like to come by 3-4 times per month or so. The fare is simple, and generally the service is pretty good. Today I wanted to order a sandwich and salad. However, one look at the nasty brown lettuce and I quickly changed my mind, even telling two different employees there (sandwich maker and the cashier) that the lettuce is not in good shape and should be changed out for fresh lettuce. I ordered soup instead with my sandwich. The food was fine, but thirty minutes later, no one had done anything about the very nasty lettuce. Clearly they were not concerned with offering brown, wilting lettuce, despite customer concerns. They had a lull so it was obvious it was not because they were too busy. I won't be back.

I went for lunch November 13th. Let me just say my experience was less than satisfactory. we ordered 2 sandwiches. called "grilled roast beef and cheddar" IT WAS MICROWAVED. Why were both of our sandwiches microwaved!?! then nit only that we paid nearly 20 dollars for these disgusting microwaved sandwiches. I should have known by looking around the restaurant, the chili and Mac n cheese were so dry, they looked like they were sitting there UNCOVERED just in a dish for hours, none of the veggies were fresh, in fact most were browning. I will never return again, and I will never recommend their restaurant. how disappointing. Please don't microwave your sandwiches when it says they're grilled. what a horrible business.

We ordered some catering trays of meats/cheeses/crackers for our wedding cocktail hour. They definitely had the best pricing in Kingston and the quality/quantity was great! Definitely recommend ordering platters from them for events.
