I had a very disappointing experience at House of Donair. I went to pick up an order and had to wait for about 15 minutes, during which I observed some deeply concerning hygiene practices. Two staff members were using the same gloves for everything—handling food, rolling up a dirty carpet, sweeping the floor, and wiping tables.
The most alarming part was when one of the workers (a bald man with an arrogant attitude) began cleaning their cooking flame using soap and degreaser—without changing his gloves afterward. He went right back to handling food with those same contaminated gloves.
This kind of cross-contamination is a serious health risk. Cleanliness should be a top priority at any food establishment, and based on what I saw, I would never eat here or recommend it to anyone. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if people end up with food poisoning. This place needs a serious inspection.

Great place to get some donair or shawarma! They always give such generous portions whether its the sandwich or a rice plate and their staff is on point for service. Their appetizers seems a bit expensive for their portion size but always good. And lastly, they have a nice selection of imported drinks that really change up the day-to-day!

Definitely not coming back to the Bath Road location. The owner randomly raised the price at the counter without any explanation, which felt really shady. On top of that, the service was slow and unwelcoming, and the donair itself wasn’t even worth it — dry meat, bland sauce, and small portions for what you’re paying. I’ve been to other House of Donair locations and had a much better experience. Save your money and go to a different location — this one’s not it.It shouldn’t even deserve a star for service absolutely awful .

Donair meat was too spicy. Usually it is not hot like this. Don’t get me wrong I like spicy food but when I’m expecting the usual Canadian donair experience, that’s what I want. Still great overall 4 stars
