Hands down, the most authentic and mouth-watering Syrian donair platter and chicken I've ever had the pleasure of devouring! The owner himself prepared the dish, and you could taste the love and care that went into every bite. The taste of donair is exquisite and it stands out.
The donair platter was cooked to perfection, with tender meat. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice & the owner was passionate about sharing his culture with every customer. Been camping for a week and stooped into kingston to visit Fort Henry. Decided to see if these guys had genuine donair. Man was I in for a treat. Absolutely the most disgustingly beautiful thing I ever put in my face hole. If you have never tried this u need to stop what your doing and go eat there now. Thank u so much. Highly recommend.

I happened to be in Kingston and felt like donair. This place was close by so I thought I’d try it out. I was more than amazed at the portion size for the price. I could have easily fed two people with it. It was so delicious that the next time I’m in the area I’m going back even though I tend to want to try other places.

I had a very disappointing experience at House of Donair. I went to pick up an order and had to wait for about 15 minutes, during which I observed some deeply concerning hygiene practices. Two staff members were using the same gloves for everything—handling food, rolling up a dirty carpet, sweeping the floor, and wiping tables.
The most alarming part was when one of the workers (a bald man with an arrogant attitude) began cleaning their cooking flame using soap and degreaser—without changing his gloves afterward. He went right back to handling food with those same contaminated gloves.
This kind of cross-contamination is a serious health risk. Cleanliness should be a top priority at any food establishment, and based on what I saw, I would never eat here or recommend it to anyone. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if people end up with food poisoning. This place needs a serious inspection.
