The customer service and meal were excellent. Love those 55 + meals deals. My friend also was quite pleased to be able to get a plant based sausage. We will be back !!

We’ve enjoyed IHOP in the US before, so we were looking forward to trying it in Canada with our kids. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food, which is especially tough with children. Thankfully, grandpa was able to take them for a walk during the wait.
Our hostess did her best to manage the situation and even offered a couple of free drinks, which we appreciated. However, when the food finally arrived, it was just average. The biggest letdown was my son’s “Happy Face” pancake—it was melted and didn’t have the fun presentation we were expecting.
We had hoped this would be a special experience for the kids, but it fell short. While the hostess was kind and tried her best, we don’t plan on returning to this location.

It was disappointing. Service was bad, left waiting, forgotten utensils, dirty coffee pot. But the worst was what came on the plate. It would be reasonable to expect that what was served would match the selection from the menu. Nope! Perhaps the staff might consider a road trip to see how it's done at other outlets. But the pancakes were great.

This is my go-to breakfast place, I talk about Ihop to all my peers. The workers are super kind and helpful. The menu is beautifully laid out and thoughtful. The food is to die for, I could eat it all day everyday.
Did you know ihop stands for international house of pancakes, this place was delicious and the the pancakes were soft and poofy. While we were eating somebody in the kitchen accidentally dropped a whole pile of plates and that was kinda loud but whatever. You need to go there right now!!

Had to wait and wait and wait. Finally had to ask for a server, had to ask for water, had to ask for the bill. Food was edible and only two of our orders were wrong. Bathroom wasn't clean and had no way to dry hands.

If I wanted to wait 15 minutes to be seated and then another 45 minutes for breakfast, I could’ve just watched paint dry and saved money on pancakes. The staff treated our delay like a normal Tuesday — zero apologies, zero updates, and suspiciously calm faces as if we were part of a museum exhibit called “Guests Who Wait.” Food arrived eventually and tasted fine, but by then my coffee had aged into a full memoir. Bring a novel, a sleeping bag, or a small tent next time — this place doubles as a waiting room. Would not recommend if you’re actually hungry before noon.

The ONLY thing saving our experience was that the staff we interacted with were awesome.
They were quite busy. Took about 10 mins for server to take drink orders. Another 5-10 to place food orders and then about 45-minute wait for food… LOTS of other tables waiting the same amount of time.
I can understand being slammed… it was a Saturday around 11 however, it looks like from several other reviews this isn’t the first or even second time that it’s happened. Something needs to change. If not for the sake of your business, for the sake of the servers because they’re the ones who take the brunt of the situation!!
The food was AMAZING… but unfortunately we will not be returning.
