Improbable Escapes: Wonderland (West-End) is a really cool spot that offers a unique and fun experience. The newest Frankenstein escape experience is amazing, with the staff putting in a lot of work and creativity. The establishment also features a friendly staff, an immense board game library, and a beautiful and open space perfect for a game day.
While the Frankenstein room had an interesting plot line and fun puzzles, the experience was impacted by some technical issues. The TV used to play important story information kept displaying the laptop's desktop, making it difficult to see the animations. Additionally, there were some physical/mechanical problems, such as a prop that came apart and a wall item that was difficult to move. Despite these setbacks, the group still had an overall good time.
The West-End location also features a small cafe with a good variety, and the staff is said to be outstanding. The downtown location of Improbable Escapes is also reported to be a very fun experience.
