Had a wonderful time in the escape room staff were very nice
So, did the Franklin N Stien room here. First of all the employees were great. So friendly, so informative.
Secondly, the video intro to bring you up to speed for your senerio was also great. Really got you in the mood.
Lastly (and more importantly) the room itself... Awesome. The incredible detail and build quality, was top notch. Really made you feel like you were on location. The difficulty of each puzzle ranged, which was great. The easy ones made you feel like you were making good progress, so you didn't feel bummed out that the harder ones took more time.
I would say this room was like being in an episode of Scooby-Doo. Haunted mansion, but not really scary (lighting and sound made good atmosphere), great fun for all ages.
We’ve done all their escape rooms and always love them. Thai was our first time at the cafe and playing board games. Their coffee and the chai latte were very good. We brought our own game to play but enjoyed exploring their large collection (which included the games we brought). Looking forward to returning to try some new games!
It is such a fun place with thought put into every detail. Amazing customer service, INCREDIBLE build on games - I am always transported to a magical place just walking in the door. Kudos to the team there!
The rooms are great and You guys are great! Thank you so much!
I hade one of the greatest times off my life it’s was a blast and hade so many options before going in like reading, board games and others!
But my favorite thing was the kindest and sweetest girl named Tori she was are help guide and she made are trip 10 times better by showing us around first Hade a blast thanks guys
The escape rooms at this location were so magical and immersive, this is an amazing experience, with game masters and game designers that go above and beyond for their customers. Liz was so accommodating during our time here, and made things so fun and exciting while we played. It is clear the amount of effort put into creating these rooms, down to the smallest details, even before getting into the actual room! Candice was also lovely to chat with while we enjoyed the board game cafe. An amazing experience and should definitely be at the top of everyone's list while in Kingston!
Good selection of game and most helpful. Relaxed and clean atmosphere.
High quality effects, positive atmosphere, helpful staff, I could use every good adjective and it would describe this place.. price was very reasonable also
We had an amazing time at Improbable Escapes: Wonderland. It was the first time my family was ever doing an escape room and we had so much fun. All the staff we interacted with were so friendly and the setup of the location was like a wonderland. Also, my kids had so much fun, that as soon as we left they wanted to go back the next day and do another room. Thank for such a great experience!

We played THE MYSTERIOUS MISERIES OF FRANKLIN N. STEIN and loved it. Very good room. The place is super nice with a very cozy cafeteria and the service was great. Highly recommended
Awesome time in Frankenstein! An abundance of different puzzles to solve. A great way to spend the evening. Alex, was the hostess with the mostest!
Have done the first two escape rooms earlier and really enjoyed them so we were excited to return and take on the new room: Franklin N. Stein. We were not disappointed. The room was well crafted and got to tackle several new types of puzzles we hadn't seen in other escape rooms. Our host, Alex, was very friendly and helpful.
Immersive escape rooms and friendly staff!
Fun experience! Very impressed by the wealth of options for board games
