Nice store, lots of places to sit!! Music is nice and the selection for food and bubble tea is amazing! The workers are really nice and welcomed us warmly. We ordered the caramel bubble tea and the prices are some of the best I’ve seen for boba. Usually you pay $8+ for a drink but here it was a very good price. The drink itself was amazing, the flavour of the caramel is very rich. The boba is nice and soft and also well cooked with amazing flavour. My only complaint is it’s a bit on the milk side rather then tea so I would just want more caramel flavouring and tea flavour next time but otherwise it was amazing!!

NOT WORTHY!!!I have ordered 2 cheese balls and 2 fish cakes from Itea, believe it or not, it costed me 30$ and I just had 2 toe sized fish fingers and 2 toe sized cheese balls when I opened the boxes. The Food is okayish but this restaurant is not at all worthy. Also, my delivery was very late.

After being disappointed with another local spot serving ramen, thought we'd give this spot a try.Customer service was more or less nonexistent. Helped ourselves to menus, cleaned down our own table and placed our own order. Bizarre for a dine-in experience.Spring rolls by Cisco. Sad little unflavored rolls.Ramen was presented beautifully, and we were excited to dig in. While the pork was perfect, the broth was oddly fishy, and off-putting. Neither of us finished.Meal took ridiculously long despite a completely empty restaurant.

Somewhat of a hidden spot in Downtown Kingston, this Boba tea spot has amazing drinks and very friendly customer service. But in my opinion the speciality is the food they serve. Hands down some of the best Ramen you can buy in kingston and they're spicy verison are actually make you sweat spicy. Been going to ITea since 2017 and has always been a shop to stop by and get a beverage when shopping downtown. I absolutely adore this place and can't rant about it enough!

This place started my Bubble Tea addiction and is still a n heavy rotation. They make a great tea but are limited in toppings (only have mango popping boba). It’s also pretty small and it’s it’s at all busy you can expect to wait.#BubbleTea #BobaTea

Took a celebratory trip to Kingston and decided to stop by for a quick boba and was definitely not let down! The staff were very friendly, and prepared the meal right away. I had the signature Boba and the fried chicken. Both were amazing! Will definitely be coming back again Thanks again!

Awesome Chasu ramen! Would recommend coming here

It’s ya girl

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the bubble tea is delicious and the popping boba is a favourite of mine. The ramen is also super tasty. Me and my friend love to come to this place to just chill and have some boba :) 10/10

Tonkatsu ramen: 4/5, the noodles and the soup are good, the tonkatsu could been sliced thinner so it’s easier to chewMango green tea: nah, totally not worth $8, in my opinion, their food is ok, but their drink is over pricedChicken karaage: 1/5, nothing special

I always love going here there food and tea are always delightful. And I really have to give them credit when it comes to customer service. I order online from skip and unfortunately they had run out of the food I order but provided me with a free drink which was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
