I enjoyed a delicious chicken pita tonight. In my distraction I left behind my wallet on the check out counter. The staff kindly stashed it safely behind the desk until I realized I had lost it and came back looking. Their kindness saved me a whole world of problems. The food is good but the care of the staff is what will keep me coming back! Thank you.

Ordered here not that long ago. Food was a let down small portions and the flavor compare to the other jimmy the greek not the same. Definitely don't recomend and won't be back to this location.

The proprietor of the Cataraqui mall franchise in Kingston has always been cheap, but he has outdone himself as of late. The prices have increased and the portions have substantially decreased, greedy little man, what a disgrace.

Very polite and generous, ordered a pita and they loaded it up with an enormous amount of meat and after the delicious meal I came back to order a water for my girlfriend and they gave it to me for free! Highly recommend!

Good tastes alright. By no means even great Greek fats food but fine. Incredibly small portions and somehow my wrap at $9.75 with a. Drink came out to $23 dollars. The wrap wasn't worth 9.75 in my opinion but clearly some shady shit happening behind the till. Avoid cause it's a scam. I didn't realize until I left but I will never go back because they clearly stole from me. Just be aware they cannot be trusted at checkout

Dear Jimmy the Greek Management,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent incident that I witnessed at your Kingston location. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the food and service at your establishment. However, during my visit two weeks ago, I was shocked and appalled to see an employee, a brown girl, being subjected to physical harassment and verbal abuse by her owner.

The employee in question was providing excellent service, being both nice and adorable to all customers. Unfortunately, her owner's behavior was anything but acceptable. I saw the owner punch and slap the employee in front of all customers, which was not only distressing but also highly unprofessional. I could not understand the reason behind such aggressive behavior, but I am certain that physical harassment and abuse should never be tolerated, regardless of the circumstances.

To make matters worse, the owner's behavior towards customers was also deplorable. The employee, who was clearly upset, continued to serve other customers while holding back her tears. This level of mistreatment towards an employee who works for you is not only disheartening but also sets a terrible example for your customers.

I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Providing a safe and respectful work environment for all employees is not only a legal obligation but also a moral responsibility.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to continue enjoying your food and service, but only if I can be assured that your employees are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you want to be sick with food poisoning!! My husband and I were shopping at the cat centre and decided to grab a bite to eat. I got the #1, chicken and beef dish. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! We were both sick after several hours.

Service is terrible. I can understand that I need to wait for the calamari to fried but they don't even have the fryer heated until someone asked. This is the third time I came and its the same experience. Its been 30 minutes since I ordered my food and I was told 15 minutes. They also gave me an attitude for ordering calamari.

I’ve always been a customer here, but this time the rice was spoiled and slimy, when asked she said it may be and there was hardly any left in the pan. She also said that there’s new rice at the back but was still serving the same spoiled rice. And to my surprise they were not very pleasant this time which is so not usual. Anyways this is very disappointing!!??

There's only one gentleman working there. And his customer service was not very good at all. I am not usually the one that post negative reviews. But I felt like I needed to this time. Very rude. The portions were very small.

Generally speaking, the food is really good. The prices have gone up and the portions have gone down in size. Not to mention they don't always have the best customer service. I don't like feeling like my order is causing issues for the associate. It's not all the associates either. The younger ones seem to be the ones who have no interest in being there.
