I’ve always been a customer here, but this time the rice was spoiled and slimy, when asked she said it may be and there was hardly any left in the pan. She also said that there’s new rice at the back but was still serving the same spoiled rice. And to my surprise they were not very pleasant this time which is so not usual. Anyways this is very disappointing!!??

There's only one gentleman working there. And his customer service was not very good at all. I am not usually the one that post negative reviews. But I felt like I needed to this time. Very rude. The portions were very small.

In my opinion if the meals they serve weren't so skimpy they would have a lot more customers than the few they do have... They charge enough not to be skimpy... Makes one wonder what they do with all the unsold leftovers...

Went there this evening - purchased the beef souvlaki (with Greek salad, rice, lemon potatoes, tzatziki and orange jucie) and must say it was so good and great portions sizes.On top of it's all the staff was absolutely lovely, very kind, courteous and hard working. Also, they are very consistent with their food and service, which is important, never leave the mall feeling unsatisfied and always with leftovers.

This is one of the few places that I can eat that being said it is also one of my favorite places to go. The food is freshly made and I'm never disappointed or hungry after eating here. The food is so good and the quantity and quality are second to none. The employees are extremely nice as are the owners. This is extremely clean and priced very reasonably. I eat here a couple times per week.I read some of the other reviews and I was shocked to read their comments as I have NEVER had any of these issues any time that I have been going here for the last 6+ years.Vegetarian options: They have falafel, greek salad, spinach feta pie etc.Parking: Lots of parking and wheelchair parkingWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get aroundDietary restrictions: They have a lot for those of us who can't have gluten and are vegetarian. I can eat here easily everything is freshly made.
The girl working tonight is terrible at customer service and the older lady there as well was board-line discriminatory. Never going back and its sad because I actually enjoy the food. Bye……..

BEWARE: I clearly observed the owner take a wrap from a customer that returned the item because it was wrong, take the wrap apart in the back and he washed the items under the tap and put the items back in to resell at the front.I will NEVER go back here again.

Located in the mall, you can grab a seat in the main eating section, but it tends to get quite busy and noisy. The food is average and the meat can be somewhat dry depending upon when you opt to eat. The staff are friendly, and most of them are quick to get your order prepared. We like the Donair plate and they will add a bit of extra Tzezeki if you ask them. Good rice, good potatoes, chicken a bit dry. Overall, a quick stop for greek.
I waited for over 5 min and still got no service only looked to be one worker on no customer beside me there so I didn't end up ordering not sure how long they want you to wait for service

I won't be back for quite a while if ever again after my experience today. Waiting to order, employee ignored me while stocking napkins and helped the customer that just walked up.
