I had a terrible experience at KFC, primarily due to the poor service provided by Kamlesh. He was unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. My order was wrong, and when I tried to address the issue, Kamlesh appeared dismissive and didn’t seem to care about resolving it. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall experience.

had an extremely frustrating experience at KFC/Taco Bell last night, primarily because of Kamlesh’s poor customer service. She seemed unprepared, unprofessional, and lacked the experience to handle even basic tasks. My order was incorrect, and it took a long time to get it fixed. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing, and I hope management addresses these issues for future customers.

had an incredibly disappointing experience at KFC, all thanks to Kamlesh. From the moment I arrived, the service was slow and disorganized. Kamlesh seemed uninterested in helping customers and was rude when asked simple questions. My order was wrong, and instead of resolving the issue, he acted dismissive and seemed annoyed. It’s clear he lacks basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink visiting this location again.

Worst Experience with Kamlesh

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Kamlesh. From the start, communication was poor, and it seemed like she didn’t care about providing any assistance. She was unprofessional, unresponsive, and gave minimal effort to resolve any issues. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the whole process stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend to have that kind of staff on board . Thanks
