Like all corporate franchises, each independently owned restaurant are forced to buy the food and serve whatever they are told to by corporate HQ. In recent years, the food quality and taste has diminished severely. The fries and gravy that used to be my favorite of all franchises has changed so much, along with the chicken, that I can't see myself ordering KFC in the near future and probably never again. I had a great experience at this KFC location! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected. What really stood out was the customer service l. the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s nice to see a team that cares about their customers and keeps the place clean and well-organized. Definitely one of the better KFC experiences I’ve had. I’ll be coming back for sure! 🍗
