Service is minimal here. I definitely dislike no drive thru. This is a huge issue. Food hit and miss at times. I go very rarely now due to no drive thru. Plus I don't like the fact that you need to order on the app to get better deals.

Very clean location. Food was great except for the gravy. I understand trying to save $ by thinning out the gravy, or watering it down, but this was just like flavored water. Nothing at all like the gravy that used to be.

Unacceptable Treatment of Delivery Drivers As a delivery driver, I understand that restaurants can be busy, but my experience here was unacceptable. I waited for almost 30 minutes for an order. When I followed up politely, the staff responded rudely and told me not to pick up orders from there and to cancel it instead. Their tone and attitude were highly disrespectful.
Delivery drivers work hard to serve customers and support restaurants. Being treated like this is unprofessional and unfair. I hope the management addresses this issue because no driver deserves this

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant as a delivery driver. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for an order, I followed up, only to be met with rude and disrespectful behaviour from the staff. They spoke to me in an unprofessional and harsh tone, telling me to cancel the order and not to pick up from here. The way they talked was dismissive and completely unacceptable. As delivery drivers, we work hard to ensure customers get their orders on time, and we deserve to be treated with basic respect. This kind of rough and disrespectful attitude towards drivers is not only unprofessional but also shows a lack of regard for the people supporting their business. I would not recommend anyone, especially other drivers, to deal with this place unless they improve their customer service and staff behaviour. I hope the management addresses this issue because no driver deserves this kind of treatment.

We used to love KFC. The chicken we had the other night was not at all like the old KFC we enjoyed. The KFC from this store has changed the crust on the chicken and it isn’t crunchy or the same spicyness it used to have. As well, the chicken was very old, very stringy. They are definitely buying old stewing hens and frying them up. Don’t eat here. Cabbage salad also changed, not like the old KFC. You get fewer fries than you used to and they are not as good. All in all stay away. i won’t ever go here again.

Got home finding out that order missing chicken strips. I requested dark meat only but I still end up getting white meat. The chicken was old and overcooked. The dark meat was as dry as the white meat. I messaged kfc to contact me back through email as my phone blocks unlisted numbers but I never got email back.
In order to go back to establishment meant I would have to load my kids back in the car with me so it was too much hassle.

Have you ever had trouble with a website? I have been struggling to be able to place my order using an American cell phone. It just wasn’t working, and it was so frustrating. After complaining about the restrictions on the website, and requesting a phone back, I got a phone call from Pawan. What a gentleman. He answered all my questions and helped me place my order correctly. What a difference great management makes. I felt very valued as a customer and will definitely be back to the KFC on Bath Road.
