Don't like this new kiosk system that's dehumanizing a simple ordering process. While I wait for my food, I see some other walk-in customers are frustrated at the change. And some even just walk out since there's several fast food options in the area.

Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. On July 11th, I ordered 9 pieces of chicken and specifically requested dark meat (legs and thighs). I was extremely disappointed when my order arrived with only chicken breasts, which no one in my household eats, so the entire order went to waste.
I called the restaurant immediately to explain that I had received the wrong order, but all I got was an apology and “there’s nothing we can do.” When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she wouldn’t be in until the next day or Monday. They also suggested I drive to the store to pick up the dark meat I had already paid to have delivered, which defeats the purpose of delivery in the first place. And to make it worse, the delivery driver dropped off my food on my front steps without knocking to let me know the food arrived.
I would never order from this location again. The customer service is terrible.

Service is minimal here. I definitely dislike no drive thru. This is a huge issue. Food hit and miss at times. I go very rarely now due to no drive thru. Plus I don't like the fact that you need to order on the app to get better deals.
