No one at the store can make sure their delivery drivers actually pick up all the food.

Order 80$ worth of food and receive 20$ worth of the order. This place has the worst delivery service for mediocre pizza.

I went into the gardiners road location tonight and I was served by a young lady named Bailey. She said she was new and I just have to say that she gave exceptional service... I will return to this location just to be served by her

always a delight to be here the pizza taste so good and the service is top notch. There is one employee Harman have visited many times and has been super welcoming and good service and the one of the best pizza here in kingston

The pizza was ready..but warm..not hot. Great for a quick in and out though

My biggest concern: there is a difference between a fully, well-cooked pizza and an overcooked pizza. I don't enjoy a doughy pizza that's overcooked to the point of crust being too hard to bite into or even chew without harm if torn off.

We ordered two large pizza and bread,the two pizzas were not cooked enough on top,cheese wasn t all the way melted,pizza could have been cooked longer

Worst experience ever when I order on the app I expect when I get to the store at the time that it says my order is supposed to be ready, but then wait inside for another 10 extra minutes then have to actually ask a employee about my order find out that it hasn't even been made yet. When I ask to speak to a manager I'm then told that sorry about that my order was given to another customer because they were mad is beyond unacceptable. This is the worst place I ever have dealt with.

Don't place an online order. Walk-in service takes priority over online. Waited over an hour and a half, then ended up spending 20 additional minutes on the phone to cancel my order. What's the point of taking an online order if you are just going to make them wait?! Terrible service and the pizza isn't worth the hassle.
