We went out as a family before an event to dinner at Lonestar. Our server was doubling as the bartender and I could see it was busier than they would've expected, but the women working last night were amazing! They helped one another bus tables, bring out the food, check on people, all while being kind and helpful. Food came out hot and quickly, super tasty. Thanks again Lonestar!

Went out with a group, our food came cold and it was impossible to get a second glass of water.
If it wasn't for the fact that we were with people, we would have left sooner.

Food was ok, probably not worth the hassle of parking downtown for. Staff were good to deal with, a little slow getting the bill ( the bartender came over to give us the bill, he saw we were waiting for awhile)

I dined at your restaurant with friends and ordered the steak fajitas. After taking my first bite, I discovered a small piece of wood in my mouth, which appeared to have broken off the wooden base beneath the cast-iron skillet. I brought this to our server’s attention, but she dismissed the concern and simply mentioned that management might stop by.
A manager did eventually approach our table; however, he did not identify himself or inquire about any issue. He only asked how our evening was going, so we assumed he was another guest rather than a member of your team.
When our server returned to clear the table, I showed her the damaged plate and suggested it should be discarded. Once again, she appeared unconcerned. We asked how the wooden plates are cleaned, wondering if water damage might be an issue, and she informed us that they are not washed at all and are simply thrown away after some time.
The overall experience was quite concerning. From the server’s dismissive attitude to the lack of attention from management, it left the impression that the condition and safety of the serving dishes were not taken seriously.
Had a great first time visiting Lone Star! Great food and drinks and atmosphere. Alabama was our bartender and she can make an awesome caesar, she provided quick and friendly service and brought such great energy and vibes!

We always choose to go to Lonestar for family events (birthdays, engagements, date nights, etc). We’ve always had a positive experience but tonight our waiter was absolutely amazing. I wish we caught his name, he was an older gentleman (with the soul of a young man). He was so kind, funny, fantastic with our daughter and friendly. It was like we knew him our whole lives. He made our experience 100x better.

We had a fantastic experience at the Kingston Lone Star a few weeks ago. Even without a reservation on a busy Saturday night, we were seated at the bar right away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.
We enjoyed a few drinks and the Fajita Fiesta for Two, which was delicious. What really stood out was how many staff members—beyond just our server—checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was one of the most pleasant dining experiences we’ve had, and we’re looking forward to our next visit.
