Got there the other night in a bit less than an hour from closing (Friday, Jan. 17, 2026), after four hours of driving for a tournament on Saturday. It was the second night of the big snowstorm that hit southern Ontario and unfortunately (but understandably) the buffet was closed a bit earlier because not too many people were out due to the snow. Only a handful were still in there, finishing their meals. However, Matthew and the lady (I wish I could remember her name as well) that greeted us at the door made sure we don’t leave without our dinner. So kind, hospitable, and full of understanding. We picked a few items from the menu that were then freshly prepared for us to have as a takeout. My favourite clam chowder soup was included as a bonus. Couldn’t ask for more. Can’t wait to go back there for a proper visit and full experience.
