Ordered online ice cream with mix ins. Received the mix ins but in vanilla ice cream, not the chocolate peanut butter and birthday chocolate I had ordered. Would have been really good ice cream if it was made right with the flavour I ordered. Disappointing.

Such a disappointment. Paid $50 for a cookies and cream ice cream cake- nothing special- mostly vanilla ice cream.

This is a convenient ice cream shop downtown with friendly staff. Everything is top-notch at this location and the ice cream deserves a full 5/5 score.

But based on my most recent visit during the heat wave this week I was disappointed there were no cold drinks available. The owners should consider installing a proper drink cooler display. $3.25 for a room-temperature Fiji water bottle is excessive. This location has bottles of Pop Shoppe sitting on the counter as well. It's summer and it's hot. Give the people what they want COLD drinks.

Kid-friendliness: There are lots of great ice cream options for kids and the staff are great with kids.

Good ice cream but girl added marshmallows and I don’t care for then and didn’t ask for them and there were bugs flying around and the waffle bowl is stale and she didn’t clean the spot where she mixed all together so u get a weird taste from the person before it’s gross and won’t be going back

The ice cream is delicious. Regardless of the flavour you order, you will undoubtedly be content. Unfortunately, the wait times are extreme when ordering online for takeout and/or delivery (even when ordering half litre and/or litre containers, not cones). It has happened 3 times now that I have waited for 2+ hours for my order to arrive. I can appreciate that it would be busier during summer months. Many flavours are often sold out likely due to this. If you are willing to wait, it’s great ice cream and makes for a nice treat.

I had an amazing experience at Marble Slab Kingston! Their shakes are absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The Willy Wonka shake is my favorite—it's incredibly yummy and tasty. Another highlight is their custom-made ice cream, where you can choose from a wide variety of mixins to create your perfect dessert. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Definitely a must-visit for anyone craving a tasty treat!

Took my family out for Ice Cream we were so excited to be able to go to Marble Slab again after the west end location closed.....after our visit there is a big chance we will not return. Staff member working was not wearing a hat or a hair net, wore no gloves with nail polish chipping off and her attitude was less then pleasant.
The ice cream was a joke the flavors offered on the delivery app were not available in store and they had no regular cones so our daughter and i had bowls and my husband paid an extra 1.99 for a cone as he was driving and they were very limited with the fixins that were available most were unavailable and the amount was so small compared to before. Over all $30 plus for 3 cones next time we will go to Mile and a Quarter or Dairy Queen
