We moved here in mid-July, and the complex has everything we were looking for! The gym is exceptional, clean, and bright with a great view of the interior courtyard and pool! It took us a month to get our unit set up, but now it is decorated in our style, and we could not be happier living here! We highly recommend the complex.

I will share our personal experience. We have been living in this “distinguished high-end apartment complex” for 4.5 months. A day before our move-in, we were informed that our unit had no glass doors in the rooms. We lived with this issue for about 1.5 months. Management completely refused to address the problem and didn’t even attempt to negotiate a solution to appease us. They clearly do not care about the comfort of their residents. Since the day we moved in until today, every morning at 7:15 AM, the contractors start with the noisiest work—drilling and using machinery. By 7:30 AM, just after you wake up frustrated from the noise, they stop and begin quieter work. This happens Monday through Friday. It seems they are close to finishing construction.
Now, let’s talk about the unit. My phone is full of pictures showing various deficiencies: heavy scratches on the floor and scratched walls. It looks very different from the model unit they showed us.
I also had an issue with the utility company. For the period from May 1 to July 1, our bill was $396, with $280 of that being for gas consumption. We only have a hot water tank that runs on gas, and we haven’t used heat or AC yet. As of today, September 11, no one has resolved this. Our neighbors, who have the same apartment type, are paying about $80-100 a month, which seems reasonable.
As for mail, be prepared to drive 15 km to pick up your mail from the sorting center, or spend 1.5 hours using two buses just to get there. The mailboxes installed in the building do not meet post office criteria.
Living in this building has been a constant source of stress, as we never encountered these issues in our previous place.

She was very welcoming and knowledgeable and took the time I needed to make me feel comfortable with my decisions and she answered every single text and email that I threw at her! I know now that I made the right decision.

I tried a lot of things yesterday. The management was amazing and really loving and excited to make us try new things. The items that stood out were rice pudding, biryani, kunafa and the grape leaf dolma. WANT TO TRY AUTHENTIC BIRYANI this is your go to placeee!!!!

AMAZING place! The owners were so kind and generous, offering complimentary hot tea to each person who came in on this cold day + offering us samples to try without us asking. This is the kind of small business I like to support! The food itself is DELICIOUS. Will definitely be coming back. We got the- apricot mango shortbread- many types of baklavas- sable mix brownies (SO GOOD)- an apple danish- milk puddingPrices are reasonable too!
