I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at your establishment. First and foremost, customer service should be a priority.
Unfortunately, my recent visit was frustrating due to the actions of the cashier and the service crew.
I placed my order around 10 PM, well before closing time at 12 AM. When my food was ready, a staff member called out, "Roxanne's order is ready." However, instead of handing me my order, the cashier continued sweeping the floor and arranging chairs, which could have been done later. Despite calling my name twice and my food being ready for pick-up, I was told, "Just give me a minute" repeatedly, and I had to wait unnecessarily long.
Eventually, I entered the staff-only area to pick up my food myself because of the delay. This level of service is unacceptable. As employees, they should understand their responsibilities and prioritize attending to customers over secondary tasks like cleaning during service hours.
Adding to the poor experience, part of my order was missing-the dip I had requested, even though I was assured my order was complete.
As a hungry and pregnant customer, this experience was highly frustrating. I request that appropriate action be taken to address this issue, as such behavior reflects poorly on your store's service standards. I will also be raising this matter with the manager.

Ordered and spicy big Mary and it just wasn't as good as I've experienced at another location. Didn't have a strong taste, maybe under seasoned? I'm not sure.
