I ordered chicken today and it was completely disappointing. The chicken had a soggy and rotten smell. I couldn’t even take a bite. The smell was coming from the coating itself. The fries were also not crispy and were full of oil definitely not worth the money.
It was a pickup order, and the staff didn’t seem to know how to find pickup orders even after I repeated my name and number several times.
This was my first and last time ordering here. Totally disappointing. Not recommended.
Princess Street Mary Brown’s is much better in comparison.

Erika was our cashier and she provided us an amazing experience! Ordering was smooth, easy, and quick, including modifications to our items. She delivered our food directly to our table and providing us with extra sauces when asked for. Will definitely be coming back!

It was my first time buying chicken from Mary Brown’s and the experience was excellent! Erika greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to explain all the different options available. The chicken was cooked to perfection—juicy, well-seasoned, and so tender it fell right off the bone. I left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
