My two last visits were over a year apart and both times I found hair in my tater Poutine. The first time it happened I was there with my son and his friend and they remade my food and my son's food. The last time was last weekend. There was no hairs in my son's food this time but I found a hair in mine again. I lost my appetite and tossed my tater Poutine straight in the trash. I also noticed that both the guy and the girl working in the back weren't wearing hair nets.
This place isn't for me. Sort your selves out...

I come to store to pick the uber order just 2 mins ago. The employee at front see me and ignore and he started looking at drinks. Then, the girl on front see me after a time and gave me my order. It's totally disrespectful for me. I came here first time to pick the order and experience was bad. Not expected this from store.
