Our food was ok but in the time I was sitting here while my daughter ate 4 people who wanted buckets of chicken left because it would be a 25 minute wait for chicken….at a chicken place…on a Friday night. The girl working the cash messed up a man’s order and instead of correcting it said “do you want a refund” which made him walk out with his wrong order and then she loudly said “oh well I still get paid” I work in the service industry, it was very unprofessional and has definitely cost you a few customers. Also, the girl on cash blame management for not allowing chicken drops at certain times like she suggested.

This is definitely worth a visit location. Their taters are delicious and seasoned potato wedges that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Paired with their signature gravy, it’s a winning combo.

Ordered spicy big Mary's, received regular. This is after being asked 3 times if I wanted spicy. Even with that, mayo on barely half of the sandwich. No dipping sauce even offered for the potato wedges and no napkins. I should've probably assumed this was gonna be the worst location in town.
Ordered the 27 piece feast on the MB App. Ordered in advance for a pick-up, the food was ready and waiting. The service was friendly. Great spot.
Parking: 8 spots in the lot just off of highway 15. Easy in easy out.

I ran into a problem with my online order. Seems my order was placed through Skip the Dishes for pick up??? Not exactly sure how that happened but Skip added over $30 to the price of my order. Store staff were awesome in helping resolve the overcharges. The manager actually came to the store to work things out personally with Skip over the phone. This staffing team went above and beyond to resolve my blunder. Skip the Dishes over 30 minutes to answer his call. Mary Brown's has amazing staff and serve the best chicken ever. Thank you everyone and happy new year!

This place used to be excellent, however they recently reduced their chicken portions (almost by 1/2) to that of KFC. Now there is no difference. Extremely Sad.

I stopped in today to have one of their excellent grilled chicken sandwiches only to find that they have been discontinued. So reluctantly I had a Big Mary which was a Big disappointment, a small piece of deep fried chicken on a nondescript bun. Anyway I’m done with this company.
