Uh well the fact that I had numerous potatoes that were moldy was quite nasty. Would recommend that they check their product before giving it to customers

Why does the Mary browns app always say this location is out of so many items!? The entire Nashville chicken line, all chicken wings, popins, chicken tenders. It’s regularly like this in the last three months. But if you go in to the store they have the products and they are also available to order on uber eats. It makes it feel like such an inconvenience especially when you are losing out on the loyalty points.

Our food was ok but in the time I was sitting here while my daughter ate 4 people who wanted buckets of chicken left because it would be a 25 minute wait for chicken….at a chicken place…on a Friday night. The girl working the cash messed up a man’s order and instead of correcting it said “do you want a refund” which made him walk out with his wrong order and then she loudly said “oh well I still get paid” I work in the service industry, it was very unprofessional and has definitely cost you a few customers. Also, the girl on cash blame management for not allowing chicken drops at certain times like she suggested.
