Worse location of all them. The bathrooms were disgusting, service was super slow 3 people working at the downtown location around dinner time. Waited over 20 mins for our order inside, everytime we have been here its always a bad experience.

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s.

I placed my order and waited far longer than expected. My order number even disappeared from the screen while several customers who ordered after me had already received their food. It was only after I made eye contact with a staff member working in the dessert and beverage section that she asked the person in charge of packing if my order was ready.

From their conversation, it was clear that my food was already prepared and just needed to be put into a bag along with a portion of fries. However, the staff member responsible for packing was walking around aimlessly and did not seem to be doing anything productive or she’s just ignoring my order? When I finally received my order, there was no apology or explanation for the delay.

Because of the wait, my ice cream completely melted and was no longer edible.

This was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. If you have the option, I strongly recommend going to a different McDonald’s. This location is in serious need of proper staff training and improved customer service.

Great for a quick bite - this store sadly has quite a few homeless people coming by. Obviously, that’s not their fault but a systemic issue - still, it does make the atmosphere a bit difficult :|

312 is literlly the worst mcdonalds and area as it is, to have employees who are rude to two years old and employees who take money from kids. And laugh at them, because they think a two year old can communicate and tell me what happend when him father go get him a icecream, and then steve tries to argue with my husband because he laughed at a two year old. contacted cooperate and more. You don't do that too a kid. I am writing this and going write back to the restaurant to get his money back. My husband will stay calm for the kid. I am pregnant and a mama bear never be rude kids or my kid. I will be telling everyone there is a employee steve there and that they should go to every other mcdonalds. Also should fire Steve. Have never had a issue with mcdonalds even when it was called rotten Ronnie's I never called it that but the employee has a rotten attitude and is ruining it.

Everytime I go the pop is flat. All is old and full of hair they don't wash there hands. The food should inspect steve.

I am a influencer, a writer, singer songwriter model and dancer. And a media person none online I will be going live making tik toks and reviewing this and more to let it be know. I have a huge following and make money offline and have been a singer my whole life buisness person.

You don't do that to people or treat Tham that way. Everytome I go there there's a issue with steve.

Time to let steve go mcdonalds 312. Cause I'm contacting city hall too. Saying if management doesn't take this serious and how he can cause me too miscarry if I'm upset because he stressed my kid.

No excuse do better. Get new employees because they don't do the food to describe the feeling of foing to mcdonalds anymore it's sad meals not happy meals.

I will be bringing my son too the one with the play zone. And you guys owe me money so I except it back. You better fire steve for stealing from my child. I have a good happy life. Not gonna let this bug us.

But its about what's right and what he did was wrong and then him making fun of my son to the other staff there and them laughing he's too. Be ashamed. You guys owe my son a apology grow up.

The worst McDonald's I've ever had. They call the order when it's not complete or ready hoping you'll leave without the other items. Food was cold hard and over crispy so you can't even eat it

I’ve been coming to this downtown McDonald’s for over 20 years — our family owns a business nearby. Unfortunately, it’s been a steady decline. Each visit feels worse than the last. Prices keep rising, but service and quality keep falling. Seems like they’re relying on Queen’s students and foot traffic, but the customer service is practically non-existent.

I've ordered from here a few times and they always seem to mess something up. Tonight was the biggest mess up, why is there only 1 burger paddy on my bigmac? I lift the top bun and there is another bun with nothing on it.. and not just one BOTH of them. Extremely dissapointed.
