The service was terrible, needed ketchup for the fries (wasn’t provided in the first place), waited for like 5 mins before someone actually answered me. The food was bad too, the bread was stale and the drinks were obviously unfilled.

I’ve now had 4 orders in a row be wrong from this location. I got refunded from Uber for my actual missing meal but not the delivery or extra fees to reorder the missing items. So frustrating and I’m spending so much more than necessary because this location and Ubereats is incompetent. I didn’t know it was so hard to read an order and put all the items in a bag but apparently it is so maybe hire some more competent people.
Edit: I reordered my missing stuff and payed extra from the refunded amount for delivery and extra fees. Tell me how they still missed pieces of my order. The degree of incompetency is ridiculous.

Went to drive through for a coffee I repeated ten times milk and cream but they just can’t understand me. Eventually also the receipt printed out milk and cream I ended up getting a black coffee with sugar. Nothing is right. I think they need to learn basic

Either the manager or floor manager working today was beyond sarcastic and rude to me when I asked if my drink was ready. It’s free to be nice! Last time I spend my lunch break at this location.

Just generally walked into the store so I can get a smoothie, I did so and the service was very quick. Actually friendly, was out of that store within 10 minutes, as it have become a little bit busy when we were there

I ordered a Big Mac, but they put two pieces of meat in it and lost the other two. Last time, I ordered fries again, cold or too salty. Generally, it wasn't good ?

I ordered big mac, but my chicken was really bad in taste. It seems like chicken was sitting there from hours that they served me. It was my worst experience in the mcdonald’s. Never want to order anything in future.

Came in, ordered two mcdoubles with extra onions. Had to bring them back to the counter because like usual - no extra onions. They remade the burgers, and surprise! Less onions then before. They're acting like each little diced onion comes out of their pay at $1 each. Come on now.

So June 1 2024 I took a cab early in the morning because I was starving and placed my order my order was all wrong and missing things and it totalled $70 and when we gott our order I asked if they would call me a cab and they replied no . Can you believe it. So I have to wait till someone called me a cab while my food got cold .then when I finally got home there was a hair in my food so you tell me how you would rate this
