McDonald's in Kingston

“I came in around 8:30 last night and ordered 3 mcflurrys for my kids, and within a minute both mine and another persons ice cream order were called out. nina was who made and served the ice cream, she did absolutely amazing and did it so quickly. I love the teamwork in this workplace.“

“I was having trouble with the app (not the fault of the workers) but the employee in the drive thru was very dismissive about my order as I accidentally registered it as a pick-up in the restaurant rather than the drive thru, even when I told them the number. I just went inside anyway and my order was there, but the app was confusing and I originally wanted to pick it up in the drive thru as I was with other people who were ordering in the same car. I’m just going to stick with ordering at the restaurant from now on.“

Also, so very sad that they’ve turned most of the McDonald’s centres into a café without a kids area. I have to take my grandchildren are great grandchildren elsewhere, where there’s a play area where they can enjoy themselves as we as a family can gossip about family or catch up with family situations“

Dietary restrictions: It would have been nice to have been able to have my coffee made with a dairy free latose free option.“

“Super nice and helpful staff. A SE Asian woman running the cash was solid and ultra patient (I was having trouble with the app) and an older fellow who seemed to be the manager who was totally involved in helping the team push forward through a rush.

Plus: they did not even get the order wrong. No salt means no salt. They got it.“

“If you wanna get something that isn't Popeye's, Wendy's, Loblaw's food or Dollarama, I would say this McDonald's is best Definity not because it's closest to my school or anything, ok maybe, but if you think you are gonna be late for class just hop on a Kingston transit you can just walk over to the transfer point, I usually get a McNuggets happy meal or a burger, fries and drink, friendly staff and bathrooms sometimes clean, people don't flush toilets anymore I swear, it's either urine or poo not flushed, But I go here the most because I get hungry after the second class I have

Parking: not that many during school break

Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat here but not play in a playplace“
