McDonald's in Kingston

“The staff at this location are hardworking, kind, and try very hard to go out of their way for their customers. They are an extremely busy location, especially if there are buses stopping in from the highway. They handle that pressure very well. There is plenty of seating. There are charger ports and plugs in various areas of the dining room. The playplace is open and available to use and is fun for ages toddlers and up. There is a dining area in the playplace room. There is one plug available in the playplace room. There is also a washroom available in the playplace room, but it needs to be requested.

We are huge fans of their quarter pounder blt, both the coffee and caramel iced coffee, and any of their happy meals.

Overall 5/5 for this mcdonalds and their staff especially.

Parking: Accessible parking is available plus 30+ parking spots

Kid-friendliness: Playplace, kid menu, kind staff, toys/books with meal (currently boo buckets), balloons

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking, wheelchair ramp,one wherlchair accessible entrance, large family bathroom (ask for key), large accessible stall in regular bathroom as well.“

“Even through these rough times downtown, you guys went and above and beyond with acting professional even during the depressing atmosphere

Dietary restrictions: It would have been nice to have been able to have my coffee made with a dairy free latose free option.“

Dietary restrictions: McDonald’s used to get my orders wrong, but it’s been over a year now and I haven’t got a singular order wrong, that made me want to go there more. I can say one time this worker made sure the kitchen knew and I saw them wash their hands and make sure it was all safe. Thanks for accommodating my allergies and being carful.“

“I stop into this McDonald's each morning for coffee. They are some of the most personable staff there is, it is always a friendly and welcoming environment. They are quick to prepare orders and always quick to share a smile and laugh.

Parking: Plenty of available spots, even at its busiest times there is available parking.“

“Well if I had of did this review I would not have put 4 stars for food . But this time I went they have done some staff changes for the food was very well cooked I went before and the bread for the.sauzage mc muffin was hard all around the English muffin the meat looked like it was from the day before the potatoe (hashbrown) was so hard and.over cooked i couldn't eat it.
The only thing.that was good was the coffee .this time I.visited this location i was impressed . Everything was perfect keep up the properly cooking your fare. I went the next day and had the same order to see if it was just a fluke but the food was great again . The staff were very nice and fast very good I will return 👍“

“The store manager Noah provided some excellent customer service today.i ordered an extra large coffee at the cash and he immediately came over and apologized for not having any extra large coffee cups and offered me a large coffee with my choice of muffin to compensate.the value of the muffin was greater than two extra mouthfuls of coffee and it is this great customer service that keeps me coming back after grocery shopping.“

“If you wanna get something that isn't Popeye's, Wendy's, Loblaw's food or Dollarama, I would say this McDonald's is best Definity not because it's closest to my school or anything, ok maybe, but if you think you are gonna be late for class just hop on a Kingston transit you can just walk over to the transfer point, I usually get a McNuggets happy meal or a burger, fries and drink, friendly staff and bathrooms sometimes clean, people don't flush toilets anymore I swear, it's either urine or poo not flushed, But I go here the most because I get hungry after the second class I have
