Was very pleased with the service I received by Hugo.
I'm 78 yrs old and after shopping was very tired and Hugo offered to take my order to a numbered table for me.

I pull my burger out of the box and it’s super soggy like a bare minimum three out of 10 I used to work at a McDonald’s not at this location and we would never serve our burgers like this.Our Managers would be pissed We serve food like this This is absolutely disgusting. Let’s go to Wendy’s guys.🤣🤣🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

First time I've experienced at mcdonalds .
my burger wasn't cooked through and it was disgusting , it squirt blood across the table , they did make another without a problem when I opened it and attempted a bite grease covered my hands and mouth I swear they dipped the buns in grease it was also disgusting .

The store manager Noah provided some excellent customer service today.i ordered an extra large coffee at the cash and he immediately came over and apologized for not having any extra large coffee cups and offered me a large coffee with my choice of muffin to compensate.the value of the muffin was greater than two extra mouthfuls of coffee and it is this great customer service that keeps me coming back after grocery shopping.

Was getting a coffee yesterday and they were extremely busy and a bit behind on orders. Looked like they may have been short staffed too. A couple of customers were very rude. Noah handled it like a pro. He needs to be paid to reflect this ability. Not easy working retail these days.

It’s a Walmart McDonald’s. Can’t expect much
Regardless if it’s a Walmart or a franchised McDonald’s they really should wear gloves. Who knows what allergies they could be spreading.

Only ordered 10nuggets on the machine. Waited 10min and someone who ordered 5min at the counter after us got his full meal before us. We walked out. Unbelievable. No stars below 1

20 minutes waiting for breakfast. Just to find out they have no one running food to the cars they park. Also got in trouble for where we parked waiting for our food. As they apparently wanted us to park in a handicapped zone. Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And I’m from Picton. So that says a lot

The tables and chairs are often dirty likely to this being a busy location. During COVID, I tried to get a drink for my young son but was denied as I didn't have the COVID vaccination. I wasn't impressed. This location is convenient if you're shopping at Walmart and there are Caucasians who work here.

I tried to get breakfast and for the first time, the app went through this restaurant. I've been waiting a full hour and the order isn't even on the way yet. It's gone through two delivery drivers. They stopped serving breakfast 40 minutes ago. I have a feeling I'll be getting this refunded.
