I tried to order once but the machine wasn’t working so it charge me twice. You gotta fix the machine.

Somebody is always half dead here

Absolutely horrible experience. I was one of 2 cars in the drive through and they asked both of us to pull into parking spots because somehow they couldn't fulfill a simple breakfast order for the both of us. After I got my food I noticed they forgot a hash brown so I go back through the drive through and they get me my hash brown, cool. I go home and when I'm about to eat I noticed they forgot both my syrup and utensils for my hotcakes. That and the cream cheese bagel I got there was more cream cheese than bagel, like what. McDonald's should look into employing people who can actually do their jobs correctly that and the barebone basics. Will not come back.

Just stood at the cash register, waiting for someone to take my order. No one came so I left. The A&W burger I’m going to get from across the street will no doubt be delicious.

Why can't this location (Kingston center in Kingston stone ontario) and company give me my food the way I ask for it?... (not like its cheap anymore and i can just throw it out and go to wendys wothout being upset anymore) Seriously, if I don't want a mcdouble with ketchup, mustard and pickle, I should get a burger without that garbage. Or 4 yrsI've been going there and only 3 times have they got it right on the first shot. My choices are to drive away and eat that condiment covered crap or wait while they correct it. No one wants to correct for fear of an angry cook that may spit on it after being reprimanded for not reading the order or putting the order in right. The assistant manager was OK and offered me coupons but I have had it with this company and will just go to Wendy's from now on. Don't mess with a person's hunger, especially the ones that go to a fast food shit hole in desperation bcuz they're hungry enough to eat McDonald's. Location is Kingston center in Kingston Ontario, but all McDonald's here have gotten my order wrong more than not.

One yr later... I went to get a mcdouble with no ketchup or mustard and I got so much extra ketchup that it was all over the outside of the bun... worst location I've ever been to and I think east indians own it for it to be this bad

The store was incredibly filthy. I could barely sit to eat. The washroom was not cleaned in at least a week. The quarter pounder was slimy I couldn't eat it. It kept sliding out between the buns. I won't be back8

Went through the drive through for an order and got a 10 pc nugget meal with a poutine and Coke Zero. However I received a regular coke which is extremely dangerous as I have diabetes and if I didn’t have insulin this could be extremely dangerous

This McDonald’s has to have the worst customer service ever they make mistakes in every order and it’s because they hire people from India Whose first language isn’t English? I do not recommend this McDonald’s. It’s very horrible service. They don’t even take the time to stir Cream and sugar correctly, in coffee. All the employees have bad attitudes
