Honestly the worst in the city i rarely get what I actually order and end up dealing with attitude to fix it. First time I have been back in months and it is still happening I would suggest walking into the Walmart location over dealing with them

DO YOUR JOB RIGHT ITS NOT THAT HARD TO FOLLOW WHAT THE ORDER IS. I ordered a burger no vegetables and only the sauce and cheese, on the box it says ONLY MUSTARD ONLY KETCHUP AND THEY PUT VEGETABLES WITH NO SAUCE. HOW INCOMPETENT ARE YOU TO FOLLOW WHAT IS DIRECTED ON THE ORDER. RIDICULOUS!!

When running the NHL promo burgers, let people know in advance if you are incapable of delivering the product (be it no ingredients or absence of corporate training). Expensive burger missing the core ingredients that defines it as a "special". Got a dbl quarter pounder just swimming in sauce - no bacon, no crispy onions. This company needs to step up the quality of training. The original idea of a food chain with "consistency" was not referring to consistently rating 3 stars or below.

The only reason you guys get that one star is because there’s no way otherwise that I can leave a review. This location has zero etiquettes as to how they should be talking to their customers or anyone who walks into the store. Customer service is pathetic, you wait at the restaurant for 40 minutes and when asked the representative will very rudely and ignorantly reply, “ I am the only one working” while there are 4 others walking around him!! I don’t understand why and how is this store still operating considering the fact that there’s not even a single review for and after mid night drive thru’s. How is it possible that the management still does not care about the people who help run their business. This is dead serious!! Get some better employees who really want to work and make some money for themselves. Look around there’s a lot of them waiting to be hired!!

Would love to give it a rating but apparently they close their dining area at 930pm and not midnight as posted. My wife and myself and at least 3 other couples all left because of this discrepancy.

Every-time I order, something is always missing, wrong order or I received something else. Takes forever to get to me and the food is always cold.

We went in for a quick meal for my daughter and the people there were extremely unpleasant. Usually we have a great experience but on this night they fell way short in the customer satisfaction part. The meal was ok it was simply a hamburger happy meal.

Very terrible experience from the girl who working at the drive thru. She didn’t listen us properly at night, she made our order wrong for 2 time it was just a coffee and also like ignoring us when we where on drive window for second time and such a rude behaviour with the customer. Even she didn’t feel sorry about it.

Mean staff, concentrate on drive thru and skip orders. Food never right even when you inform them of said allergies
