This restaurant is terrible! I ordered hash brow this morning , but they forgot to give them to me. When I went back after work to explain the situation, they said there was nothing they could do.

Everytime I go to this location- their number serving tv is not accurate and doesn’t display your number. My food was over cooked. And when I used the bathroom is was absolutely disgusting.

The food I got looked like it was carelessly thrown together and was cold, I got a coffee as well and it didn’t even taste like coffee, tasted like something pulled from a mop bucket, it was being run by a bunch of teenagers that acted like they didn’t care, the girl at the drive through window rolled her eyes at me when giving me my order, zero politeness, the manager should have a word with everyone there that was working dinner time on the civic holiday, if it was my restaurant I would be firing some staff for that kind of behaviour,,,instead of taking the food back I’m just never going there again,,, beyond disappointing

I was having trouble with the app (not the fault of the workers) but the employee in the drive thru was very dismissive about my order as I accidentally registered it as a pick-up in the restaurant rather than the drive thru, even when I told them the number. I just went inside anyway and my order was there, but the app was confusing and I originally wanted to pick it up in the drive thru as I was with other people who were ordering in the same car. I’m just going to stick with ordering at the restaurant from now on.

I want to congratulate the attendant Paige Watson who helped a lady look for her car keys in the trash. Paige was very polite and helpful. Unlike the lady who after found the keys, didn't even thank her for the effort.
