Missed 2 items in the order durinh takeout, noticed after I opened the items after drivimg far away from the place. Called the store and asked about the missing order, I was asked to come back to the store for refund. Had to drive all the way back to tne place. Disappointed, very poor customer service

I got my order just right but only one thing I did not ask for somebody's hair to be in my fries. I had to get new fries and they asked me if I still want the other fries that had hair in it. I said no

Ordered my food at the drive-through window one junior chicken. Waited two or three minutes at the second window. Was told to move up to the window where you have to wait for the food because it’s gonna take a bit of time. Waited there for 12 more minutes. Total time going on 17 minutes for one junior chicken. I had to get out of my car and go inside and ask where my food was. They said oh there’s been a junior chicken sitting here for a while. We forgot when shift change happen to get your order out. They would not give me anything extra for the time. I had to wait there for it. I asked for a refund and then they just gave me the burger after I got the refund also told me it could take up to seven days to see my refund Minimum Wage is too high at McDonald’s if they can’t even get that simple thing Right. Then the burger looked like this when I opened it so I’m glad I got a refund anyway. Next time I am asked to move up to the waiting window. I will say no thank you and I will wait until the food is done at the window that the people are out and that’s on the McDonald’s employees for not knowing how to do their job.

Very pleasurable considering what is going on. Also, so very sad that they’ve turned most of the McDonald’s centres into a café without a kids area. I have to take my grandchildren are great grandchildren elsewhere, where there’s a play area where they can enjoy themselves as we as a family can gossip about family or catch up with family situations

I ordered quarter pounder with cheese and diced onions for my grandson they put whole onions on it he was not very happy can you not put dice onions on it.
Well if I had of did this review I would not have put 4 stars for food . But this time I went they have done some staff changes for the food was very well cooked I went before and the bread for the.sauzage mc muffin was hard all around the English muffin the meat looked like it was from the day before the potatoe (hashbrown) was so hard and.over cooked i couldn't eat it. The only thing.that was good was the coffee .this time I.visited this location i was impressed . Everything was perfect keep up the properly cooking your fare. I went the next day and had the same order to see if it was just a fluke but the food was great again . The staff were very nice and fast very good I will return 👍

You state on Google Maps that your dine-in is open 24 hours yet you are not. Thinking that you close at Midnight, you still have your doors locked 15 minutes prior to midnight. As a Multi-Billion Dollar company, you should have the resources to update this kind of information. Never giving my service here.
