Staff are friendly, but I've been through the drive-thru too many times where the order has been incomplete or partially incorrect.

Was the first time that my McDonald's app finally worked!! It was ok, a little frustrating at first but then it got better. Our order was brought out to us so quickly and the guy was very nice.

Waiting time is very high. My sandwich is not hot.
Get the manager to unlock the handicap washroom , ahead of needing it as he was busy and there was food order counter and pickup, line up. Felt like high school, need not the teacher's but the principal's permission to go to washroom. A little humour but not really. It made me so frustrated I forgot to get the coffee I had came in for. Find a better way!

Burger was super greasy. We weren't able to find a clean table in the whole place. The bathroom look like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Missed 2 items in the order durinh takeout, noticed after I opened the items after drivimg far away from the place. Called the store and asked about the missing order, I was asked to come back to the store for refund. Had to drive all the way back to tne place. Disappointed, very poor customer service
I got my order just right but only one thing I did not ask for somebody's hair to be in my fries. I had to get new fries and they asked me if I still want the other fries that had hair in it. I said no
2 times forgot stuff I paid for - only to realize once I got home, across town. Will skip going to this location from now on.

Ordered my food at the drive-through window one junior chicken. Waited two or three minutes at the second window. Was told to move up to the window where you have to wait for the food because it’s gonna take a bit of time. Waited there for 12 more minutes. Total time going on 17 minutes for one junior chicken. I had to get out of my car and go inside and ask where my food was. They said oh there’s been a junior chicken sitting here for a while. We forgot when shift change happen to get your order out. They would not give me anything extra for the time. I had to wait there for it. I asked for a refund and then they just gave me the burger after I got the refund also told me it could take up to seven days to see my refund Minimum Wage is too high at McDonald’s if they can’t even get that simple thing Right. Then the burger looked like this when I opened it so I’m glad I got a refund anyway. Next time I am asked to move up to the waiting window. I will say no thank you and I will wait until the food is done at the window that the people are out and that’s on the McDonald’s employees for not knowing how to do their job.
Very pleasurable considering what is going on.
Also, so very sad that they’ve turned most of the McDonald’s centres into a café without a kids area. I have to take my grandchildren are great grandchildren elsewhere, where there’s a play area where they can enjoy themselves as we as a family can gossip about family or catch up with family situations
Amazing service from Alana! We made a mistake as far as our order but she was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Perfect example of great customer service!
Someone put the whole cabbage on my Mcrispy 8/10 (could've used a tad more mayo)
This was our large fry portion. Our medium fries were also less than half full and we only received 2 straws for our four beverages.
