I love this McDonald's! They always have great food and drinks available and even when the lines look long, you get through them fast. They have a kids play area too that me and my sister used to love, and don't worry, out of all the times I've been here, the ice cream machine was never broken.

One star is too much! Walked into a manager berating an employee after placing and paying for my order. Was charged twice by thier employee via interact. Upon discovery once I got home called the store and had to speak to the same ignorant manager who wouldn't listen to what I was saying and kept repeating " come in and I'll refund you". Drive back and ask to speak to a Manger upon arrival there is a guy with his butt out bend over fixing the self help kiosk so i wait a couple minutes for "the manager" then his entire tone changes from our phone call and asks me if I want cash or back on my card, I say card and I stand with my card for a refund and he hands me cash?? I ask why ??I tell him that is has been the worst experince and he says " i was going to offer you a free meal " like he is taking something away from me! Keep it!! Fries cold, QP bun dry and the pop machine had no ice. Hands down the worst Mcdonalds experience from the WORST McDonald's in kingston. Worth the drive Elsewhere !!!!!

I stopped going here for a while cause they got bad for messing up my order, last night I decided to go anyways cause I generally like what they serve, however again they completely messed up my wife’s order, and I wanted to try the McRib for the first time and then I opened the box, everything was swimming in bbq sauce, the bottom bun was saturated, it was coating the top bun, almost like they put the sandwich in the box then dumped a cup of sauce over top of it, anyways I’m done going to this location, it was kinda pathetic

I got home to find out I was missing a whole dang burger. ? Last time I asked for 2 mcribs and they gave me 2 rib patties on one sandwich for the price of 2 whole sammies. I think unless im getting frappes this location is not my luck. They're being paid poverty wages though so I don't blame them honestly. Sorry "minimum".

Good and bad experiences. Mostly consistent but the other day there was a 15+ minute wait in the drive through, despite being at the front of the line. Ended up just leaving. Many cars beside and around me had to do the same!
Fries were hot. Both of our hamburgers were incredibly dry. Super disappointing.

Absolutely disgusted with the food this time going to this location ordered big Mac meal received hair in my burger , asked for the fries to be switched to poutine and didn't receive either ordered a quarter pounder meal asked just ketchup and cheese received everything on it and the bun was very burnt it was thrown in the garbage. And the 6 PC of biggest we ordered were hard as a rock absolutely waste of money on the whole order not impressed
