It took forever at the drive thru, I ordered and paid for using app. I drove up to drive thru intercom and know one replayed so I pulled up to window and still know one . I went back threw drive thru to the intercom and still no reply,then back to window and waited 15 mins and finally a woman came to the window and said there not serving dinner only breakfast and there in the middle of change over so I'll have to wait a few mins. Now I'm extremely agitated and told her I ordered and paid for my meal a half hour ago. It finally came and was cold and hard. If! Haddon paid ahead of time I would have left the first time thru. That was my worst experience ever.

Extremely overpriced! Better off to go to a full service restaurant. Portion sizes at this McDonald's have shrunk to nearly nothing at all; and paying thru the nose for it! Not worth it anymore, far too expensive for what you get!

Went at 10 pm after an October event at Fort Henry, my gosh they need more staff. Staff were leaving, just making their own food when clearly there were multiple people waiting. Waited over 30 min for our food, chicken burger and fries were ice cold. My chicken nuggets looked and tasted awful (also cold), oh and I had to ask them to remake the ice coffee. It was so dark, even remade it tasted burnt. I understand being short staffed, but the staff didn’t apologize, check in or correct mistakes without attitude. Things are expensive these days, it isn’t cheap anymore and to get service/quality of food like that is just awful! Won’t pick that McD again.

The staff at this location are hardworking, kind, and try very hard to go out of their way for their customers. They are an extremely busy location, especially if there are buses stopping in from the highway. They handle that pressure very well. There is plenty of seating. There are charger ports and plugs in various areas of the dining room. The playplace is open and available to use and is fun for ages toddlers and up. There is a dining area in the playplace room. There is one plug available in the playplace room. There is also a washroom available in the playplace room, but it needs to be requested.
We are huge fans of their quarter pounder blt, both the coffee and caramel iced coffee, and any of their happy meals.
Overall 5/5 for this mcdonalds and their staff especially.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking, wheelchair ramp,one wherlchair accessible entrance, large family bathroom (ask for key), large accessible stall in regular bathroom as well.

Went through the drive through and got a McDouble didn’t realize until I got home they only put 1 patty on it so I called to complain and they got my address and my details telling me they would send me a coupon for a free one and I never received the coupon.
