Don't go to this McDonald's. An absolute joke. My orders messed up EVERY time I go

consistently bad service mixed with a lower standard than what mcdonald’s is even known for, i’d say skip the big mac and just chew on you’re shoe instead if you’re in the area

Whoever was working on taking orders at the drive thru today did an horrible job on delivering a good service. Took 5 min before taking my order then I had to wait 10 min to pay and another 5 min to get my order that was sitting ready by the window . (2sandwich). Staff need to prioritize drive thru. It's not normal to wait 20 min to get a simple order.

Super nice and helpful staff. A SE Asian woman running the cash was solid and ultra patient (I was having trouble with the app) and an older fellow who seemed to be the manager who was totally involved in helping the team push forward through a rush.

Plus: they did not even get the order wrong. No salt means no salt. They got it.

Constantly has people wait in parking spots for their orders..so yoi wsit in line. Then you get to window and told to go sit and wait more. Stupid

Consistently slower then any other drive through, and check you order they miss stuff all the time. Just waited 3 minutes for a chocolate milk and then saw them hand one to the car behind me so had to go in and ask for it lol ,music 🎵 ‘ ba ba ba ba , not loving it’

Stop there with our grandkids for icecream. Their icecream sunday were so small (less then half the size they used to be) and the icecream was way too soft, it was almost the texture of heavy cream.

Ordered the teriyaki sandwich, too much sauce (im talking it was dripping when i took bites), when manager was called over due to a software issue it took him a whole 4 minutes to take 3 steps to the register (there was other people behind me), no smile from the manager at all, the dude looked grumpy like he just woke up from a nap. (This happened on July 13th 2025, around 8:30pm)
