During my visit, Chris the bartender laughed at me with one of the waitresses. When I later asked for the manager’s email, Chris stopped attending my table and basically ignored me. No other staff members approached my table as well unless I explicitly called out to them. A waitress saw that I was looking at her, didn't realize I needed service and just ignored me and went back to her business. After I had already paid, Chris looked at me while I was exiting ,then followed me outside with some other guys to verify payment. When he did realize I paid, he wouldn't even apologize. one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a restaurant ever, and I always eat outside

Food was pretty good. The chef/cooks accommodated my dietary requests. I did find the lighting to be a lot darker than I care for, which made it harder to read the menu same with the music level making conversation louder than normal.

Mesa Fresca is hands down one of our favorite restaurants! The staff always remembers my husband and me, which adds such a personal touch to our dining experience. It's clear they value their customers and build genuine relationships. The food is consistently amazing—healthy and incredibly fresh! Every dish we've tried has been delicious, and we love knowing we’re making a nutritious choice without sacrificing flavor. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’re in for a treat. We can’t recommend Mesa Fresca enough for anyone looking for flavorful, wholesome meals in a welcoming atmosphere!
The food was mediocre. The fish tacos had an okay taste, but the fish itself was chewy and came in very small pieces per taco — not your typical fish taco, which was disappointing. We also ordered the churros, and they only came with a light drizzle of chocolate; we had to ask for extra, which I’ve never experienced before.
On a positive note, the service was great.

Mesa Fresca nails it with fresh, bold Mexican food. Stopped in for an early dinner, the birria tacos are amazing, tender and rich, the Mexican Caesar salad was so unique and delicious, and the fries with chipotle sauce are a must-try. The huge hot sauce bar is a nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole place has a casual, laid-back vibe. Although some of the entrees were a bit pricey it was worth the trip.
