We had not been in a while and really enjoyed this visit. Sat in a tall table at the bar and served by the bartender who was really fantastic!! So accommodating for our daughter who has celiac which we really appreciated. The manager even popped over to check on us. Everything was just great!

Chair was dirty, no cutlery at table, we got our own fro another table after food arrived. Drinks were not served until after food arrived. Bathrooms were not clean, trash cans were overflowing

Food was so good but the service made the experience a tad off. It was slow but there was lots of staff. Things were never cleared as we went and drinks (although delicious) took forever.

Anniversary dinner ruined. Service extremely slow. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Manager said too many large groups and the kitchen was overwhelmed. Is that what reservations are in place to prevent? Why let more guests in when there is not sufficient staff to give proper service. There are many good restaurants in our city. Why would we continue to support when not happy. Will be a long time when we would consider Milestones again. Regards T & M

Waited over an hour for food when we were the only people initially in the restaurant. Had to get my own cutlery from another table for our whole group. No drink refills or any attention at all until I went and found someone after waiting 45+ minutes. Avocado was all brown and not edible. Terrible experience. If they were busy I would understand but this was crazy. Will never return. I honestly can't believe nothing was taken of the bill and zero apologies.

Lisa was a huge part of our delightful evening. Her timing, engagement, familiarity with the menu and sense of humour made everything so enjoyable. Food was terrific. Milestone's rarely disappoints. I have never had a meal I didnt like at Milestones. Consistently good , reliable chefs and engaging staff. This always spells success in any restaurant. Milestones is a family favourite. I did a takeout order and was quite disappointed with the portion sizes.The quantity was shockingly small for the price 36$ for the portobello mushroom. Missing spaghetti and other seasonal vegetables too, which isn’t what I expected from a restaurant in this price range. I can’t recommend it for those who want a satisfying meal. It's just a rip-off place. Very, very disappointing!!!! I'm never going back to this place.

Absolutely the worst brunch we’ve ever had. 4 of us out for a birthday brunch and we’d have been better off going thru a drive thru somewhere. At least a half hour for food to arrive in an 80% empty restaurant. French fries as a substitute for hash brown/fried potatoes. Cold toast. 2 orders of eggs benedict with over done poached eggs on English muffins that were microwaved and not toasted covered with separated hollandaise sauce. At least 1 meal was comped but that’ll be the last time we dine at Milestones on any occasion

So tonight I went to Milestones for the the very first time with my kids. We drove an hour and I was excited for a great evening ahead. We waited for a half hour to get a table which was fine. Then we waited a half hour for a drink and for water. An hour later, we got our meals. My son's meal was barely warm. He asked to have a hot meal. 30 minutes later the meal came back and it wasn't a fresh meal and it was obvious. The manager came to the table and told us he'd have my sons meal made fresh in a rush so we waited. The manager forgot about my sons meal and simply told the waitress to give us our meal free and for us to leave a review. Very disappointing...

I went here last night and I must mention that Beth was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly cheerful and friendly. She was always smiling, radiating positivity, and creating warm, inviting atmosphere for everyone. Beth went above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Her energy is contagious, and she has a knack for making every visit enjoyable. If you want great service paired with a happy, uplifting vibe, Beth is the one to see!

I know people go here for the steak, but the burgers are absolutely mouth watering, highly reccomend the smashed black and blue burger with 2 wagyu beef patties, blue cheese peppercorn sauce, roast mushrooms sauted onions and scallion aoli, i got it with Parmigiano fries and added avocado i was blown away it was succulent and friggin delicious qnd without those 2 add ons is only (26 bucks before tax)
