We appreciated being seated quickly and that the child in our group was served first and really enjoyed the meal.

Had to ask for the special menu deals.... Portions were good... some confusion in staff what was included in specials.. In all a good night out

Had a great experience Only issue was the building did not open until 10 am and had to wait outside in the freezing cold for 10 min Lobby could have been opened at least 15 minutes prior to the restaurant opening for this issue.

Sending out cold food indicates that the Cooking Staff do not pay attention to details. Saying that a larger group was causing an issue, for a restaurant that was predmoninaly empty is not an excuse. It through off the whole dining experience we were hoping to have.

We were a big group during a sports event and service was great. Very spacious. The fixtures on top of the tables can use some good maintenance.

We had a wonderful dinner and our waitress was exceptional even with a packed house. Food was delicious with no waiting. Only down side was trying to use a gift card we were given. Would suggest making gift cards more user friendly as it took at least 20 minutes to get it to work. Other than that 5 stars.

Milestones Grill + Bar in Kingston is a fantastic spot, ideally located along Lake Ontario with beautiful waterfront views. The ambiance is cozy, inviting, and pleasantly energetic. Our server was warm, attentive, and really made us feel welcome throughout the visit. The grilled mains were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and nicely complemented by vibrant, fresh sides. We topped off the meal with a rich dessert that was absolutely delicious. Whether you're from the area or just passing through, it's a great choice for an enjoyable dining experience. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Food was good, was served hot and they offered vegetarian options. Server was pleasant but not knowledgeable about the beer options.
Our table was filthy. Marker writing all over it.

Very bad service. Restaurant was not very busy and our server was missing most of the night. We ordered a drink at the beginning of our meal and then another when our meals came. Our drinks never showed up to the point we got canceled because we were done eating. We didn't even have water to eat our meals with and we didn't see our server till it was time to leave.

Went for lunch with a friend on a Monday afternoon. There was no staff at reception, so we had to get the bartenders attention who told us to seat ourselves. When ordering - my friend wanted a burger and we were told they were out! Orders were placed and then we waited almost an hour for our meals - there were 8 of us in the entire restaurant, so not sure what took so long. Our waiter/bartender never came back to our table to ask whether we wanted refills on our drinks. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for better service and food variety.

We just had the worst dining experience we have ever had. I run a dinner club and we eat out a lot. We were here for brunch on Sunday and one of the first tables to arrive. Our food took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and was cold. They kept apologizing and said they were busy, while serving everyone who came in after us, long before we got our brunch. One of our people had to leave with her dinner in a box because it took so long and she had something else to attend. Obviously our order was not put in when it should have been, and when it was actually cooked, it was left long enough to be cold. I had ordered eggs Benny soft, and the eggs were hard boiled.

This is not a restaurant I would go to for dinner ever, but their brunch was usually good, and there are few choices in Kingston to go for brunch. Next time we will give this a pass. They didn't charge us at my request, but that in no way made up for the terrible service and the cold meal.

Finally went back and the restaurant continues to disappoint. Today they ran out of hollandaise sauce, so no eggs Benny for brunch, which was the only reason I chose the restaurant. Obviously they don’t have a chef, only line cooks, and must be using powdered sauce. It doesn’t take much to make a sauce.

Running out of hollandaise sauce during brunch is unreasonable. It's a simple dish to make. I have been so disappointed by Milestones in my last 2 visits I don't know that I will go back, and for sure I won't be taking my dinner club.
