We generally like Milestone's, but this visit was a bit disappointing. Overall was fine, but we waited a very long time for our food, even though we were literally the only ones there at the time. Also, we ordered off the happy hour menu and were charged regular menu price for the chicken Caesar salad. Was advertised as “blackened “ but was just barely grilled. No blackened or Cajun flavour. Kids meal was listed as $11 but we were billed $14. I did not have time to dispute the bill, as we were there before the Santa parade and had kids anxiously waiting to get outside for it. We arrived at 4pm for our reservation and were hoping to be out by 530 or 545. Because it took so long for our food, it was a mad dash to get out before it started. Also, the servers shouldn't plug the happy hour menu if they're going to charge regular price.

The Food was 10/10 I had the 1989 burger and it hit the spot perfectly. My mom had the crispy shrimp noodle bowl and loved it. We did however have to wait 15 minutes after we were seated to be offered a drink. It was a busy Thursday night and I'm they were understaffed. But overall the experience and value of the food met our expectations. Would recommend going 2 hours before concert or hockey games to Ensure you get in and out comfortably for your event.

With the Jerry Seinfeld show at Slush Puppy, the restaurant was absolutely slammed. We still had great service, with hot food! All of the servers were pleasant and well supported by friendly managers who checked in throughout our meal. Back of house might have felt like a gong show for the staff, but front of house pulled it off really well for us as patrons😊

Disappointed in my choice of meal. The pasta was overcooked. Chicken was small in quantity. Presentation mediocre. My partner's meal was a cold dish( we were not aware on ordering). Even the rice was served cold so not very appetising.

Milestones Kingston needs new management. It's severely understaffed and has been for quite some time. No other restaurant in the downtown has service issues this bad. It's too bad because we enjoy going there.

Finally got a table 30 minutes late but couldn't even order drinks as the bar was ‘too backed up'. Food arrived - tasty but it was cold. Late for our concert - very disappointing. Only saving grace was our waitress clearly trying her best to Not even a discount ordered. Unlikely to go back as many other good options in the area.

So disappointed with our last visit to Milestones Kingston. We had the worst service. We arrived on time for our 5:45 pm reservation. We were immediately seated in a booth which was great. A waitress immediately arrived and poured us 2 glasses of water. Then all went downhill from there. When the waitress poured us the water it was 5:50 approximately and she said I'll be right back for drinks ( don't know if she quit or went home sick, but that was the last we saw of her). We tried to flag down two waitresses in the area but one said it wasn't her table and the other said I'll get someone. At 6:30 a lady (maybe floor manager) arrived 40 minutes after first waitress said I'll be right back..... and apologized and said I'll take your food and drink orders. So we gave our drink and food orders. 20 minutes later our drinks arrived, which is now 1 hour after we arrived in the restaurant. ( c'mon, an hour to get a drink). In the meantime my wife went to the washroom, both her and another women in there, noticed toilet paper all over the floor, broken fixtures, a real unkempt mess. (This restaurant on other visits was spotless) Well to end a long blog, we received our meal along with our appetizer all together, which we had hoped would come before our meal, 1 hour and 25 minutes after we had arrived. We had tickets for a 7:30pm concert, figured 5:45pm was plenty of time for reservation, sadly mistaken lol. We didn't even get our food until 7:10 pm... Meanwhile not once, not even once, did a waitress or manager stop by and ask if we needed a refill on drinks in the 1 hour and 25 minutes we were there until the food came. But twice, after we had our mouths full, trying to eat quickly to make our concert, a gentleman asked " How is the food" we said great, but before we could tell him about the other stuff he ran off. Second time, same thing. Well after devouring our meals quickly, without ever being asked for a refill on drinks we left at 7:35 , late for our concert

Delicious food! Got the ribs, and they were tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. The Korean ribs were sweet and savoury enough to be authentic, and the cake, well, I basically overcame Ozempic with sheer willpower because I wanted to have the cake. So moist and crumbly at the same time. The service was impeccable! Attentive, fast and not intrusive, always observant and showing up at the right time. Will definitely return!

We hadn't been to this location in quite some time and were not disappointed!! The menu choices were outstanding and had trouble deciding between so many delicious options. Our server Lisa was outstanding and helpful and the overall ambience and value for the level of service and food we got was 10/10. We only wish we'd been seated closer to the front windows for better lighting and view of the downtown

The service at Milestones Kingston is excellent. My wife and I had a wonderful evening, shared an appetizer, then shared a main. Our waiter, Brett, offered to have the main on two plates, which came beautifully presented for each of us. Other staff members stopped by. All staff were friendly, attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you.
